Administrative Staff is great — but not so much for the Doctors. One Dr. I won’t say who told me I may have cancer because my b12 level was too high after THE VERY SAME DOCTOR ordered me a b12 shot for a sinus infection, they then sent me to a cancer center where an actual Oncologist told me there was nothing wrong and that doctor was a complete «moron» at the end of medical school they all get to be called «Doctor» interesting huh. Also the nurse asked me how to spell «anemia»

While all the doctors in this group are competent in my experience, Dr. Michael C. Wallace is the best doctor of the bunch. He’s friendly, experienced, and funny. I wish a lot of doctors were like Doctor Wallace!

Great providers and lots of locations around town

BMG just got Epic. This is good news. This means each patient gets an invite to MyChart. It is nice to have my EMR in my possession at anytime.
The doctors and PA’s are great people.

These guys are convenient in Collierville, and it’s easy to get an appointment with some doctor in the group. The more personable doctors are booked several weeks out, but I take that as a good sign overall. Wait times are reasonable, nurses are pretty decent overall. They have taken multiple insurance as my coverage has changed over the years.
A solid option, in my opinion.
