Forest Hill Family Practice and Aesthetics

Horrible operator. I was looking to be a new patient here and I had everything set up. Being a new patient, I called because I had questions to be sure that everything had been verified for my visit. The operator would not allow me to speak she got louder as she tried to talk over me. I asked her to refrain and allow me to speak and she said «well I’m kind of busy» she blindly transferred me to another department. Her name was Jennifer and for that, I will NEVER be a patient or refer anyone to this office. I spoke with her manager Stephanie and she was very nice but if I’m calling a doctors office, I clearly am not feeling well and if I’m not greeted warmly and with respect, this is not a place for me. I will be formally writing a complaint about this experience as well.
