Not only does Carraba’s have good food, they also have Curbside takeout. If you are in the mood for a good dinner but do not really feel like going out, you can always get it to go.

Okay kids. Mr. Italian vegetarian here again. I normally like this place and still do. However, they’re making some usual mistakes with Italian food. First is the minestrone soup. Not good. A glob of semi soft vegetables and barely no soup broth. No pasta in the soup and no okra. Pasta is key however as well as a good helping of broth makes a good minestrone. But the spaghetti? Awesome. Not a gargantuan serving… just right. And their bread is to die for with that crust and all so I butter it and sop up all that extra pomodoro sauce with it. Really good my friends. Maybe you can ask for more broth than soggy veggies in the soup? I’ll always go back. Just wish the minestrone was better to earn you guys a 5 star

This is a a photo of my «dinner» tonight? This restaurant needs a reality check and FAST. Manager did not care when I addressed my dissatisfaction with him. He simply stated«that’s right». 7ozs of Filet and 3 ozs of green beans. The server even told me he showed the manger my plate and told him BEFORE he brought it out that it wasn’t right. UNREAL!!!

The restaurant has a lovely family atmosphere. The portions are very generous. Our server was very professional. We enjoyed the breD with the seasoned olive oil. The Italian chicken soup is well seasoned and appears to be made in house. The Caesar salad was fresh with a tasty dressing. The chicken parmesan was prepared correctly. The chicken with goats cheese and sundries tomato was well balanced in seasoning.

My wife and I went here with a group of friends on Sunday night. The food was pretty atypical for a chain Italian restaurant. We tried the new Arancini(Rice balls with sausage topped with marinara sauce), and they were just okay. My wife ordered the grilled chicken with sauteed spinach, and I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo Weesie with Shrimp. The grilled chicken was amazing! It was cooked perfectly, not dry, and have a great smoky flavor to it. The Fettuccine Alfredo Weesie was not bad, but nothing to write home about. The service was terrible. Our waitress seemed to be overwhelmed by our party of 7, and our drinks took forever! My wife and I will be back as Carrabba’s is a cheap meal and is close to home.

Not a bad place but the lights are down so low that I can hardly see the menu. The food was great. If I had one of these in my home town I would go again.

As far as Italian goes, I guess it is on par with Olive Garden, but that’s not saying much. I ordered the veal marsala, which came with soup or salad and a choice of vegetables. I opted for the chicken soup. It tasted like canned, except that it had small pieces of chicken bones in it. It was too salty. The veal marsala was just ok. For the price, the serving size of the protein was too small. I got 3 small ¼ inch thick pieces of veal that were about the size of half a deck of cards each. The sauce had too much of a raw alcohol flavor and I would swear the mushrooms were canned. The green beans were slightly overdone and bland. Service was kind of weird. We were served by a different server each time something was delivered and whenever the water was refilled(which if I may add was not very often). Our main server… or at least the one who gave us the check and took the order was a bit aloof and didn’t seem all that interested in being there. He was more than content to chat with coworkers around the register, which was in direct line of sight of our table.

This location wasn’t nearly as good as the one on Poplar. Maybe the menu has changed? I know this place is a chain, so I’d expect them to be consistent, but this was decent, nothing special, and the other is exceptionally good. I ordered the pizza with basil. It came out wrong, but they corrected the problem promptly. The service was alright. Nothing out of the ordinary. The olive oil seasoning isn’t as good as the stuff I make at home. We also had the spinach and cheese fondue appetizer. This was pretty bland. Nothing special about it. For the price, nowhere near worth it, and goes way better with pita chips than with the foccacia they serve it with.
