My wife and I had lunch here today and we were impressed with how nice and clean it was. We were the only ones there, but the food was great and service was ok, waitress could have been a bit more attentive since we were her only customers. Over all great experience.

Please don’t be like me and ignore the comments here. I thought it would be fine but the truth is that this place is horrible. We went Sunday morning. My wife’s water glass was not washed and filled with lemon pieces from a previous customer!!! I insisted that we leave but she said we should stay so that it doesn’t cause a scene. We barely ate the food… it was not good. The pancakes were absolutely soaked in the strawberry syrup and the hash browns were raw. This is absolutely be the last time ever at this ihop.

Horrible service two days in a row. Two different waitress and neither pulled out a writing pad to write our order which they forgot immediately after. Food came out extremely late and cold. Waitress did not provide good customer service and dropped our food and left it at the table. Crepes came out burnt and my omelette was also over-cooked.

I’m giving it two stars because the food was fresh. Our server was a tall black women, I couldn’t read her name tag. She forgot EVERYTHING we asked from her. I really believe she was high while serving. She brought out completely random orange juices to our table and kept bumping into the table. I could go on but anyway the Colorado omelet was really good and fresh. I got it with three fluffy pancakes. Orange juice was very pulpy. Advice: order to go!

I can’t seem to get past that they will look at you when you walk in and not seat you. You know you’re standing there and they are thinking«I am not seating him not my job.» This IHOP has bad or no management. Service is slow or just generally unorganized. This IHOP has always been this way not sure how it makes its numbers. Place: It’s an IHOP chain Service: Bad Food: Good Cook at home or just skip it.

Wow. Wish I had read previous reviews before spending an hour at breakfast. Service is atrocious and slow. The food was okay but service was bad enough to not go back… but to clarify everyone was nice, super slow, and we felt strategically ignored to say it best.

The pancakes are fine. It is difficult to mess up pancakes. Service is a hit or miss. The juices are watered down. Food is often dry and flavorless.

Service ok. Waitress was super nice but extremely slow. Slow being we spent 2 hours there and that didn’t include wait time. But they weren’t extremely busy. No drink refills. But first they forgot to even bring our drinks out in the first place. Food was not so great and room temperature. This was the only the place that was open Christmas night… So we didn’t have much of a choice. Next time… bring home leftovers so we don’t get stuck here again.

I run a local site for businesses in Collierville, Tennessee. The local IHOP is getting terrible reviews but we haven’t been able to locate any management here to let them know or get their feedback. I thought posting here may get someone’s attention that there is a BIG problem with service at this location.

Wow. This place gets one star only because the service(Rebecca) was really great. The poor girl, however, was bringing me out some pretty average food at best. Everything came out room temperature. Non-descript blah food. Don’t waste your time here, folks. There’s a Chick-Fil-A across the street. Do yourself a favor and get a chicken biscuit there.

While I have been here several times, I agree that there have been staffing issues from time to time, but on my last visits they seem to have gotten it together. The place is cleaner, our server was terrific(Sema) and the food was good. For all the people who have had a bad experience, it may be worth another try. We lost our iHop once before, I would like to see this one stay.

So much hate for this IHOP! I was in the area for business and ate here four out of the five mornings. They were open when I needed them to be, close to my hotel and the staff were welcoming. They had cream cheese filled crepes during my tenure and I fell in love with them. I had good service during each visit. Maybe you should give it another chance?

My friend and I live and work in Collierville and decided to meet at IHOP at lunch time because for some reason it sounded good. 1) We walked in and stood for several minutes without anyone noticing us. Finally I stuck my head in the server station and asked if we should seat ourselves. 2) It took a while for our food to arrive and when it did my eggs and french toast were cold. I decided to power through because I was starving. My friends order was not as it was described on the menu. The server took my water glass but never returned with it– and never came back to check on us. 3) We grabbed another server to return my friends sandwich because it was not right. About 10 minutes later he came back and asked her if she wanted it remade. She said yes. Absolutely unbelievable! 4) After another five minutes– and since everyone else in the party was done eating and I had to return to work, we finally gave up and went looking for the server so that we could pay. She said, «He’s remaking it now.» We declined, paid the bill and asked to speak to a manager. After waiting to speak to him, he apologized half-heartedly but basically acted like he could care less when we indicated that we would not return. It was a huge disappointment, but hey… at least there is a Perkins across the street the next time we are thinking about breakfast food!

After watching an IHOP commercial, I decided to go to IHOP for stuffed French toasts. Service was horrible. The French toast looks nothing like the commercials. I also ordered an omelet, which arrived way over cooked. The bacon on the side was also burnt. We told the waiter about the bacon, she looked at us, that’s it. On the positive note, we expected crappy coffee and that’s what we got! I will probably not ever eat at another IHOP…

I’ve been here twice, so I will review both times. First time: The experience was terrible. The service was slow… I mean. SLOW. Two of us were in and out in about an hour and a half. It was ridiculous. The food came out only okay… not even really hot. Our drinks were empty. just an over all bad experience. Second time: 6÷6÷13. It took a few minutes for somebody to come seat us, but once he did, our server was really nice and he was a lot faster than before. He cut about 30 minutes off of our previous visit and the food was hot and actually really good. In a nut shell. they’re severely under staffed. They’d be much better off with an extra server.

In my previous review I had worried that once the corporate launch team left the service would falter, and it appears those worries came true. We’ve gone back several times and found the service worse on almost every trip. One time we were seated but apparently servers didn’t know which table was which, so it took almost 10 minutes for someone to come over to our table. The last 3 trips all had something come out of the kitchen wrong, we’d ask to leave bananas off, and out came the bananas. We’d ask for toast and get two pathetic looking heals. These are mistakes where the kitchen staff shouldn’t let it out of the kitchen like that, the expediter should be checking for quality, and the server should notice before brining them to the table. We also mentioned to one server that it seemed like we didn’t recognize any of the servers, and wondered if they had hired a bunch of new people. She told us there has been a lot of turn over, and in fact they were short handed that day as a server had quit and walked out mid-shift! The food, when it comes out right, is still good; but it’s not good enough to have to put up with the poor service. This place isn’t going to do well long term unless they up the quality of their servers, even if it requires raising prices.
