Wendy’s

For fast food, it was the worst. Like eating a frozen, microwave burger. Flat tasting burgers, cold fries, and flat Sprite.

Picked up 2 of the Apple Pecan chicken salads at the drive thru last night. Neither salad had any of the advertised crumbled blue cheese in it???

I believe this has been the worst Wendy’s I have been in. The staff needs to be trained in Customer Service. The food tasted old, my fries where over cooked, and the staff was just rude, rude, rude. I went there 3 times with my family to give them the benefit of the doubt, I know travel outside Collierville to other Wendy’s.

They get my orders right, they are friendly and mostly professional. Hey it’s Wendy’s, and you know what you’re getting. There are plenty other Wendy’Wendy’s that would get a 1 star. This location is about as good as they get.

This Wendy’s is a nightmare. The staff is rude, unmotivated, unfriendly, and unorganized. The tables are filthy, the chairs are sticky, the trash is full, and the carpet is full of napkins and dropped food. The staff are completely uninterested in the people in line. The first two customers I saw came back to the counter because their order was wrong.
We are greeted with «for here or to go». No hello, no smile, just an unmotivated looking woman who looks impatient and annoyed.
12 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 2 burgers while the manager is in the back laughing it up with an off shift employee.
The sandwiches were swimming in condiments. They were a big disgusting inedible mess. We left with no appetite. The franchise, the owner, and managers should be ashamed.

My mom loves this place but it’s just ok to me. The spicy chicken nuggets are rather tough and just ok. But the grilled chicken wrap in the kids meal was surprisingly tasty.
