Their Blue salad is quite good, call it the Black & Blue if you want the blackened chicken. This location is clean, the staff are professional. If they didn’t hose up the drive thru orders (about 1 out of 3) I would give them a better rating. Just check your bag, but it is pleasant enough inside.

A decent spot to grab a quick bite for those who live and work in collierville. If you don’t like chicken strips than keep moving because that’s basically what they have here.
It’s a slightly higher price point than typical fast food but its also higher quality. I get the Big Zak Snak Meal which is fries, Texas toast, 3 tenders and a drink for $ 5.99. It’s not a ton of food but keeps me satisfied, the regular chicken tender meal comes with 5 and is just too much food IMO.
They have the fancy coke machine with different favors, yay! Service is pretty prompt and the restaurant kept clean.
It’s no Raising Cane’s by any means but when you’re hungry it’s just fine.

I finally get to have some zaxbys chicken. They don’t have zaxbys in California and they should open some out there. My favorite fried mushrooms and insane chicken wings.

Honestly, I dislike the food here. It’s not my thing. But I LOVE the fried mushrooms here. The sauce that comes with them as well is great! I really don’t go here for anything else. I didn’t realize how much I loved them until I tried fried mushrooms elsewhere and it was a disaster.
Forget the chicken at Zaxby’s, LONG LIVE THE FRIED MUSHROOMS!

We ordered the chicken finger plate to go after shopping at Lowes. It took us 20 min. to get home and the food was still hot and very, very good. The fingers are seasoned just right, the fries were nice and hot and the Texas toast is fresh, not hard or burnt. I didn’t eat my cole slaw, but hubby says it’s good he ate mine and his, LOL ! The people working at the drive thru were nice, fast, and professional unlike the one on hwy 64, which was our 1st time going to Zaxby’s and we wil not go to that location again.

Whenever I leave this place, I think, «Pretty good food, pretty horrible customer service.»
I would be happy if someone went to Zaxby’s and picked up the food and brought it home for me. Going there… meh.
