Quality mom and pop shop by definition.
The owners are friendly, personable, and knowledgeable to boot, (unlike the Home Depot) Whether it’s buying tools to work on my car, or home improvement stuff; if they’ve got it, they’ve got you covered. Quality customer service.
Me: hi, how long are you open till.
Them: technically we’re closed, but what do you need?
Me: a dozen flathead screws.
Them: come on down, we’ll be here awhile.
If that’s not above and beyond customer service, I don’t know what is. I hope these guys are around a good long time.

Review for Window Restoration /​Window Repair only
It’s been about a month since our window was restored and I have to say I’ve been very happy with the results.
The workers are polite, on time and don’t leave a huge mess behind when they leave. Prices are reasonable.
It’s very hard to find people who will do this sort of work. We had an old bay window in the front of our house. We had talked about getting it replaced with vinyl, but the styles look terrible. Collingswood Hardware removed each pane and replaced it with low-​E, caulked, sanded and painted. They made sure it was done the right way.
If you have old wood windows, give them a call.
