My friend and I popped in here today and it was a perfect little oasis. I could definitely see myself coming here to just relax and read or study. They have an almost unusual mixture of drinks to offer from coffee to wine, but I like it. They also offer soy or almond milk for the dairy sensitive. I just got Apple cider which was delightful because they steamed it, yum! My friend got coffee which was also organic and gave it a solid thumbs up. I want to try the wine or smoothies next time. Very cool space, recommend everyone checks it out.

I’m a local photographer and I recently rented out their conference room for a day of studio sessions. Such a great location! Coworking opens so many doors for super small business like mine. Definitely worth check out. Especially if you find yourself needing affordable space rentals for work, projects, meetings or clubs.

My wife and I stopped in for tea/espresso during a walk thru C-wood and spent an hour chatting with the proprietors and checking out the space. A worthy east coast incarnation of the west coast Internet café.

Pros: It is nice to have another coffee shop option in town. It is a close, convenient place to make copies and fax if my printer is down. The room with the couches is very cozy and comfortable. Cons: Their soy milk is ALWAYS lumpy. I know that soy is different than cow’s milk, but an iced soy coffee or latte with a quarter cup of lumpy milk does not exactly appeal. It is must be a regular thing because every time I order it they make a point to tell me that the soy milk isn’t bad. Eew. The other big turn off is that they are closed on Sundays. My husband and I went there on a lazy Sunday morning to enjoy a change of pace from Grooveground, but nope, not open. Needless to say, my husband and I felt rather cranky about it in our pre-caffeinated state. Also, I have stopped by a handful of times for a quick cup of coffee to go and the«be right back» sign is up. Once I waited for ten minutes(which is a long time when you’re sitting outside of a coffee shop on a chilly afternoon waiting for a hot cup of joe). Another time I saw one of the workers leave while I was just crossing the street. I decided to wait the few minutes for them to return. In the meantime, a guy pulled up and when he saw the that the«be right back» sign was up, he told me that this was the second time this happened to him in the same week. He left and went to Grooveground instead.

Being a coffee drinker, I was very excited to hear of a new opening of a coffee Internet café! Walking in to this quaint shop, I immediently felt like I was at home. It has such a welcoming feeling. All the coffee is organic and fair trade beans. From standard drip– specialities –smoothies and bake goods. If you work from home, it’s a perfect place to work from with different scenery. Such nice staff as well!
