FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

During the holidays, I had to find a printer that could print a large, free-​standing sign for my work’s construction site within 48 hours. Jason worked with me to identify the best and most economical product, and Diane and Oswald (I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly) made sure I would get the sign in time after my miscommunication with Jason regarding the urgency. Oswald especially went through great lengths for me. Excellent customer service. Thank you all so much!

After waiting an hour in line the employee had a bad attitude & because they couldn’t print out my slip, I had to fill out myself & get to the back of the line.

I would go here all the time for printing while I was in school. I studied interior design and needed blue prints or presentations for school all the time. The people working here are very helpful. At times I had to get my large format prints ready within few hours and these guys would do it! The fact that they stay open until past mid night and open back early morning is so convenient and amazing. The parking situation is pretty great too.

The service representative SASA is very unfriendly, doesnt listen to customer’s request — she basically took my paper to be copied and didnt even recall my order. Turned out she has to make another copy because I said 2 copies each. When I told her I need to get an envelope — which does not take 10 sec to finish– she just took another customer in line after me without informing me. Which made me wait in line for almost 3 mins. Then she asked me to go to another counter to ring up my order. Not even a single smile. Poor quality of service! Very unfriendly. Made me feel unwelcome!

One star because it’s open late for convenience and that’s pretty much it. No customer service whatsoever.
I was the only person in line, and the guy didn’t even acknowledge me until I greeted him first. Hellllllo! (Seinfeld voice, jk I didn’t do that but prob should have to get his attention faster).
I had a question on how to use the fax machine. My documents were printed front and back, and I’m not familiar with their fax machine. The guy told me to make copies of my documents and I’m thinking why? So I can waste money to print a document I already have printed? I told him yeah– no I don’t want to do that.
I asked him doesn’t your fax machine have settings to fax front and back– no.
Oooook. Rather than helping me use the fax machine, he was so busy needing to cut a poster at that moment. Btw– it was cut crooked. Sucks for that person’s poster.
Long story short– if u want stellar customer service, you are not going to get it here esp from the middle aged Asian? dude working the late shift. Plus side, I now know how to use their fax machine and as the saying goes if you want something done right– do it your damn self!

You want to talk the worst shipping experience, Here’s mine. About 1 week ago I called for a quote to ship some classic home speakers. On the phone I gave the clerk the dimensions, weight, and destination. He quoted me $ 94.00 each. When I brought them in 2 days later, he jacked the price $ 26.00 each from his quote. I was stuck as my friend that helped me bring them left. On top of that, when they finally arrived they were destroyed. The new owner said they were treated like a basketball. Bounced like crazy, broke off corners if each speaker. These were packed extremely well with bubble wrap, and lots of corner protection. They even had box around box protection. This company is a joke. Run as far from these people as you can. I’ve shipped over 30 items using post office, never a problem. Weight was 8 pounds over their limit. I repeat do not ship fed ex, now the fight really begins with the insurance and my credit card co!

If I could give zero stars I would. I usually go to Office Depot to do all my printing that is too heavy for my home computer. They have better service, happier people working and I don’t have to pay .30 per minute for the computer. Today, they were backed up and I HAD a to print my micro homework that’s due tomorrow. I should’ve went to another place to print my documents. 1. I had to pay $ 7 for a pay card. 2. The copy machine charged me $ 3.56 for 6 page colored document. 3. I had to go use the computer to print out my excel document which was one page and came out crooked! Let’s not mention that I waited in line patiently without a greeting, without a thanks for waiting, without a how can I help you. What a total gip! I don’t understand why people still utilize their services when they steal money from you. If you establishment sucks and steals money, at least have good customer service!

I went to this FedEx office location today to drop off a shipment. A lady from across the room told me if I’m just dropping off I could just leave my package on the counter. I don’t feel safe that way so I wanted a receipt. Then she told me that I needed to wait for my turn, so when is my turn this old white lady said I need to line up on the other side where it says «Pack and ship», so I have to line up again. The counter lady did not greet me at all and looked at me like she needs to do work again. Ohhhh Lord… all i want is a dam receipt for a shipment… it was like going through hell. I’m never coming back here again! People there should really find a job that they at least like to go to work for.

Went to this branch in Colma in a rush to print copies for funeral services that day. Thank goodness we had Cora to assist us. She tested a few copies to get us the most cost effective and best print quality for the program photo in black and white. When we came to an agreement, she set us up but didn’t leave us for long. She kept checking on us to ensure everything was going well; she even remembered our names and those of the others making copies as well. Definitely went above and beyond. I don’t know about the other employees at this store, but I am definitely sticking with Cora.

This review is for Cora! She went above and beyond her job duties to cater to me. She was very friendly and helpful. We had a good conversation. Excellent customer service. Will definitely come back to print schoolwork here just for her!

Horrible place. People are zero help. Save yourself time and go to another place. I went in for a passport photo and they are so disorganized that each person I talked to told me to «hold on» while someone else would come up to ask me what I needed. Then when they finally were able to take the picture their camera battery died and told me it would be a half hour til it charged and suggested to go over to Office Depot. I walked over to Office Depot to learn that they don’t do passport photos. So I had to wait 15 more minutes until the camera charged. The only reason I stayed was because I had my infant with me otherwise I would have gone elsewhere.

My experience was very positive. I only needed to get 12 or so 11 s 17 copies from my thumb drive. One of the women helped me promptly and showed me how to run the copier from my drive. The whole job took about 5 minutes or less. I used a credit card and did not have wait in any lines to pay or get my copies. It all worked seamlessly, lie you would expect. for 32 cents each it was a bargain, UPS stores charge a lot more when I’ve done this via email. I’d recommend this store and Kinko’s in general, to anyone.

Terrible place, terrible help, never again. I couldn’t believe how unhelpful people were and how inadequate everything was

For the most part, I’ve experienced and observed that most employee’s at a FedEx has horrible sad lives. The lack of professionalism echoed in the reviews at this location and the one at Sloat Blvd. Consider yourself very lucky if you get treated like an actual customer, for there are less than a handful of them working at these places that actually have some respect towards other people and be treated as an actual customer. Some of them I must mention don’t even know how to operate some of their machines and its capabilities. Like adjusting the opacity of your prints for example.
I am now writing this review because of my recent visit last night at the Colma branch. I was there just about 30 min before closing and when I got to the counter I was greeted with an irritated employee (southeast asian curly haired guy – there was a second employee cleaning/​older lady) already giving me excuses that I shouldn’t come that late. Mind you that he still doesn’t know, nor has asked me what I want printed yet – and he was already telling me, basically, that I shouldn’t be there and practically telling me to leave. I had to tell him – when I shouldn’t – that it would take less than 5min to do because I had printed a similar thing before (11×17 JPEG on Bristol.) I didn’t want to argue but at the same time I wasn’t going to leave without my print. If they don’t want customers at this particular time then they should just change the sign of their branch and state that they close at 11pm rather than 11:59pm. If not, it shouldn’t matter if I was there 5 min before closing, it’s your obligation as a paid employee to accommodate me during business hours. Anyway, I wish they would hire better; more inviting, positive, and professional individuals rather than people like this guy. I know nothing is going to happen but I still want to voice out my experience and opinion in hopes the company would fix this problem because it’s just simply annoying for no reason.

I am lucky to have a much different and much positive experience with this local FedEx/​Kinkos location.
For the last two years, this place has been providing me with shipping and printing needs and each time, I was given decent to great service and was treated with respect.
I had just finished up another print job (which was a larger format print) with them. The staff, especially Steve and Julie, provided me with exceptional customer service. They were able to answer all my questions about my project, gave me a couple of recommended options for better print quality, quoted the job with an unbeatable price (that was far cheaper than JASK Printing Solutions), and had a turnaround time of less than half a day.
This Colma location has always been friendly and a reliable resource for me and I will continue to visit them as I am still a happy customer.

Wow, I’ve never seen such a lack of professionalism. My girlfriend and I came in on Halloween 2014. We were being helped for a while by a lady who ended up passing us along to the «expert» Reijew. Reijew was standoffish at best when he first began helping us and it only got worse as we tried to fix a relatively simple print job: a funeral program for my girlfriend’s grandfather. After explaining the problem we were having he quickly told us that he could not do anything and that he NEEDED a different file or revision. No, «I’m sorry.» No, «Unfortunately…» No customer service. He proceeded to try to fix it problem and found that he was running into the same problems and he finally started changing his tune when he was embarrassed he couldn’t fix the problem.
Eventually, we pointed out that the printing was crooked, you could easily tell that the margins were thicker on the bottom than at the top. At this point he told us, «Well that’s the best the machine can do. If you don’t like it go to Office Depot.» That was the last straw, and we stormed out and before I got in the car I stormed back in and took this A-hole’s name down.
We went to Office Depot just a few doors down and they printed our programs with no problems. I’m so glad we took our business away from there and I hope this review takes even more away.
Reijew, I hope you get fired and maybe learn what customer service is before you get a new job.

I don’t even want to waste my time typing this review. let me just say I have been using this location in Colma for a few years and it HAS NOT BEEN a single time that they do the job correctly the first time, from cutting business card wrong THREE times! to not saving the file and wanted to charge me for the changes again the next time I needed to print more cards! Last thing… this week I ordered an oversize print about 30×17, not huge, it had a lot of black. When I went to pick it up all the black ink had lines every ¼ of inch… I told the girl…“this is not right” «your printer might need cleaning or something» her answer: «that the way our printer prints»…all employees look like they don’t like their job and WILL NOT go the extra «inch» for the customer. If you just need quick copies then is great… but if you need something beyond that. this is not your place!

This FedEx office, is located in the 280 metro center, in my opinion is one of the best for making copies and picking up packages. The actual space is at least twice the size of any other store I’ve been in and that’s including it’s competitor the UPS store.
When you walk in the first area you notice is the office/​facing center. Here you can make copies, use there computers and make as many faxes as you need. Although I’ve never had to deal with the staff, from what I have seen they are cordial and respectful to their customers. Although, some of the reviews say different. I can’t speak on something I don’t know about. They also offer other services like: passport pictures, personal classes for assistance with projects as well as special services for developers and designers.
With plenty of parking due to being in a shopping center, it’s convenient and safe in case you have to be there later than you expect. A tip i have if you plan on using this place more then once or twice is to load a FedEx copy card with cash value or use you’re debit card. With will I sure you easy access to using any machine here as well as streamline the process my not forcing you to continuously use you’re debit cards. If you’re a student, make sure to use every bit of resources available to you. It helps and goes a long way when you need it for: homework, presentations, or anything school related.
Overall the services here are efficient and easy to deal with. I personally like this specific location and plan on using it as often as I can.

Came here to pick up a package as I had changed my delivery online so that I can pick up from here instead of the office in SSF. The woman told me that I needed to go to SSF to pick up my package before I could even explain to her that I changed the pick up location online. I was shocked that she rushed the hell out of me as there was no reason to do so because I was the only person in line lol. Thank goodness I didn’t leave because I would’ve drove to the wrong facility. I had to go back to the counter and tell her that I changed the location. Sure enough, she went to the mailroom and brought out my package. There was no apology for the way she handled the situation. Whatta jerk.

This FedEx Kinko’s location has been my savior on some many different occasions. When I was in college it was a place to print my papers and use their computers, work and media projects posters and etc! I can think its also something to think about that this place gets everyone that needs something now! And that can cause all the crazy frazzled customers.
The trick to getting the best service out of Kinko’s:
I set my mind up and know what I need to have done, so that I’m not frantically ansy at the employees to help me.
