1. Super long line, understaffed. 2. ONE dipping sauce for a 9 piece nugget. 3. WORSTPARKINGLOTEVER Would I come back here? I need to be craving this a lot. Tip: Don’t come here on a Tuesday.

Herman was delivering food and did a phenomenal job. All the staff tonight did a wonderful job, but he was exceptionally«happy» to help and I most definitely appreciated that. There was a long line, too! Parking is tight but you will always be able to find a space. Clean establishment.

Chicken so you feed the hungry monster that reside in my house, convenient location. Parking can be a challenge, I just circle because someone is going to leave. Located in a small group of places from poke, coffee, burritos. It can be interesting finding parking on Friday night. He food is basic Popeyes chicken and biscuits. Service is ah. They haven’t given tips like if you add $ 1.50 more you can have the 11 pieces of chicken vs. 8 pieces. It would you like to have a drink, or how about desserts? I mean if you teach your counter help to do this you can increase the number of sales. Or you can even make it a contest. So how fun that would be.

I grew up in the mid west where everyone eats fast food and the quality is unbeatable. If you’ve ever had fast food anywhere near SF, you’d know it’s inedible. Yes, it’s crowded, especially on Tuesdays. Yes, they have a variety of ethnicity in there staff, but it’s still worlds better than that ghetto KFC slashy Taco Bell. Bonus, they have 55″ TVs playing the latest sports.

Chicken was great. Hot & Fresh. Mac & Cheese was kinda runny and bland and the wait wasn’t short, but not too long.

Gave me wrong order, wasted my time. By the time I got home they were closed. Popeyes franchise is awesome but this one sucks. Food was also cold. At 8 I clock they told me they ran out of Spicy. Further they cannot speak English. Worth the drive to the Popeyes on Geneva or Filmore for a proper experience. Skip this one at all costs. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

There fish used to be so much better and the popcorn shrimp was overcooked and when opened not properly cleaned.

Warning!!! Their Tuesday Special of 2 piece thigh and leg is now $ 1.99!!! It used to be $.89 then they hiked it to $.99, $ 1.29, $ 1.49, so its pretty much getting utterly ridiculous because of the demand. I was able to accept the price hike then, but now at $ 1.99 for 2 deep fried chicken that’s cooked in 200 degrees of lard is just not worth it anymore. I know that its high in fat and cholesterol but the sale price pretty much gets everyone hooked. I already expected a good 20 – 30 minute wait when I come into this location to order their Tuesday Chicken Special but to accept that each chicken is actually about $ 1.00, well for me its really not worth it anymore. Their service is ok when its not busy, but when 4:30pm hits on Tuesdays, you better be prepared to wait at least 1 hr for your food. The food as always is greasy and high in all of the bad stuff. What do you think, is $ 1 per chicken still worth it? Not anymore for me, this’ll mark my last day with Popeyes.

No matter how many times I come in here the line is always short. Anyways, the workers there are really nice and i haven’t had a bad experience yet so far. They always have my meal out really quick and this place is kept really clean. Some of the workers there actually work hard instead of being lazy behind the counter. My food is always done right and I never have a complaint. Best Popeyes I’ve been to thus far.

Tuesday night. Wait in long line. Finally got to order. Do you have white rice? «Yes». Okay. 6 pieces of chicken, blueberry lemon pie, rice. Number 282. Wait a good 15 minutes while watching the Warriors game. 283 gets called. 284 gets called. 285 gets called. 286 gets called. Oh, and they all ordered more than me. Whatever, finally get my food. Normally, I would check my food to see if I had the right order but I was in a rush since my puppy has been in the car. Finally get home, open up the bag. The«white rice» isn’t white, I have 4 pieces of chicken, and it’s already 9:50. Decide to call them with their number provided by Unilocal and google. Number doesn’t work. Are you mother fucking kidding me? I fucking wait for a good whole 30 minutes and I get the wrong fucking order and your number doesn’t fucking work. −1÷10 would not fucking order here again

Worst location EVER! As others have stated, language is a problem. Service is really bad. We hardly eat at this location because of this. Their employees smoke on the fences in front of the cars. In thier shirts and hats that they go back to work inand not washing hands … EWWWWW.

It was my first time trying popoyes and It wasnt bad, but nothing was special. Sit in place was organized very well and I liked that. I care about restrooms of restaurants, and it of here was very satisfying. The chicken was crispy and tasty except it looks like old. I don’t know if they used old oil to fry chickens. Overall, it was fine and i might visit again later

Came here on a Tuesday for their special before heading to Lucky Chances Casino. Upon entering, I had to stop because that’s where the line was. There is no reason, 5 people can’t manage to pump out Tuesday special orders non-stop, I had to wait a good 10 – 15 minutes to order and another 5 for my food. After getting the food, the chicken was not salty, and the girl was stingy on hot sauce, gave me 2 packets when I had 4 pieces of chicken.

Hooked me up with a handful of honey packets, forgot to pack my biscuit with the meal. :( Spicy chicken, corn on the cob, rice and beans, and the empty void that would be a biscuit. After a weekend long rager this is the fix I need to get me through til the Monday grind.

When your order here the workers will make some incorrect assumptions during lunch that you only want the combo and not an actual item that you specify. Today is ever on Popeyes part was the assumption that I just wanted a regular combo. Instead I do ordered explicitly two breast and 1 large mashed potato. I didn’t say combo. And in fact when I was asked about a drink I said no DRINK. The people here have their head up their ass when they listen to you at any particular moment. So make sure that you perform the proper Audio enema on the workers so that they can hear you well and process you order correctly. Even then, make sure you check each order before you leave every visit!

I’d hate to give this place 1 star but based on my experience the other day I must. I don’t normally get fried chicken and I actually haven’t had popeye’s in a few years. It’s pretty much the same as I remember it, really crispy skin and a little bit of spice. I was getting it because we had a group of people over for dinner and a few in the party wanted popeye’s. I ordered a 20pc meal with 10 biscuits and 3 large sides, cajun rice, cajun fries and mashed potatoes. Actually all of the side were pretty decent and the cajun rice actually has some meat in it which makes it much better than other sides at other fried chicken places. The biscuits were pretty good and the chicken was nice and crispy. I had to wait a little since I had a big order although they did have a tons of chicken and biscuits ready. Seems like they boxed up all of my chicken but were waiting for biscuits to be ready. The problem is they started filling a ton of small orders first and didn’t have enough biscuits when they finally started boxing my sides. So had to wait an extra 3 minutes for them to make more. Also once it was ready they let it sit on the counter for a minute or two before calling me up. Not sure what the confusion is, maybe just poor organization by the staff. The manger was there helping fill boxes etc as they were pretty busy so I wasn’t too concerned. Drove over to my friend’s house and everyone started to eat the chicken. Food was still hot and still crispy so bonus points for that. The biggest problem I had was during the night. I had 2 pieces of the spicy chicken and I added some hot sauce for extra spice. That night I couldn’t sleep due to what I thought was maybe some heartburn. Little did I know that I would be visiting the porcelain god 3 times over the night and the morning with my opposite end on fire. I eat spicy food all the time and don’t usually have a problem. After this popeye’s meal I did. Based on that I can only give this joint 1 star. After speaking with a few others it sounds like the mild was ok and none of those people had problems. I had the spicy and it sounds like one other person had problems in the morning as well but not as bad as me. If you like to sleep and don’t want to spend a night of restless sleep and waste an hour in the bathroom on and off in the morning skip this place. Your body will thank you.
