Burger King

I knew it was a mistake but I was in a rush and went here and man oh man do I regret it. Horrible.

GLASS in my burger — that’s all you need to know (I’ve uploaded a picture, sorry you have to see my chewed up food but feel I compelled to share in the event that it wasn’t an isolated incident). If you decide to eat here, chew your beef patties carefully before swallowing. I was shocked to bite into glass and lucky I didn’t swallow it.
No one at the restaurant seemed concerned and wouldn’t even refund the money unless I wasted my time and drove back to the restaurant. I called the district manager who said they don’t deal with glass at the restaurant so it must be the fault of their meat distributor and basically said it was impossible. You can see the shard of glass in the picture. It was a Saturday night and he said that if I didn’t come back that night, they couldn’t refund the meal.
After I called corporate on Monday, I received a call from someone the next day offering me a $ 15 coupon. Why would I risk eating glass again? I’m never going to this Burger King and I’m so appalled that no one seemed to care that there is an issue with wherever they source their meat that I don’t know if I can trust any Burger King. I was heading out the door when they called and asked them to call back. They didn’t. So, on top of trying to feed me glass, they made me pay for it, and have the worst customer service.
TLDR — Shard of glass in the burger patty, district manager says it happened at the place they source their meat.

Awesome service. The cashiers were extremely nice and made me feel welcome. I wish I remembered there names but it was the two girls working at 9 p. m Saturday night. Then there was the guy Ash who was a gentleman to say the least. My order was slightly off and he helped correct it no questions asked. Only issue was my whoppers were kind of cold like they have been sitting out for a while. I will definitely be back though.

Slowest fast food ever! 20 minutes in drive thru!

This is the worst place to go on a lunch break ive never seen a fast food place move so slow going in or drive through you dont win for loosing with them its horrible i thinking about not giving them my money anymore and even when they have you waiting they dont apologize her nothing i thought fast food places run off meters i know their failing

The service was awful & they didnt call up my order. They have an attitude. Go to the habit up the street.

Really sad! The place has been updated and should be a great model of how nice a Burger King can be, but it’s dirty inside; not just the floors, but tables which are sticky, bits of food left on them, and the employee wiping them off could care less. His cloth is dirty as he smears more grease on the tables. They ran out of salad, so I had a chicken sandwich. It wasn’t hot and tasted like it was sitting around; not freshly made. Makes you wonder if the manager knows what a «clean» restaurant should look like, nor how to order basic food that people tend to order (no salad??? Are you kidding???)

Super slow drive thru — and we’re just talking about greeting you. Slow to process the orders.
Don’t get me wrong, the staff is friendly and nice but just really feel like they are taking too much time to get going.
Don’t come here if you value your time.

This is one of the dirtiest burger kings. And very inconsistent.

Do not come here for breakfast because you’ll end up waiting 30 minutes for that meal! We were there at 10 am and it looks like only 3 people were working. One on the counter, one actually doing the cooking and one running between the drive thru and the order pick up counter.
The food didn’t actually start moving off the tables until more workers showed up at 11. By that time, they changed the menus to lunch.
Oh yeah, I also hate that they converted their 2 stall bathroom into one because you are perpetually waiting! Imagine my surprise when out popped an old geezer (man) holding a soda cup from the ladies room! He used up all the toilet paper too. I told the counter people but no on refilled the tp. I went to Target to use their bathroom.

The cleanest I’ve ever seen in a fast food place. The men’s restroom is immaculate. I don’t know about the ladies room. Congratulations to the morning shift manager and staff.

This Burger King stepped up big time with two TVs and the chicken fries are awesome! Plus, it’s more open now.

I mean what can you really expect from a fast food joint. When my sister and I got there, there was a man arguing with an employee about an overcharge. We placed our order and even after we got our food… they were still in a disagreement.
Fish sandwich: exceeded my expectations. Much better than Mcd’s Filet o Fish. And the sandwich was much bigger
Onion Rings: they were cold and tasted old
Chicken Fingers: cold as well. My sister took it back and exchanged for fresh, hot ones
Rodeo Cheeseburger: not on the menu but they still serve it. It definitely shrunk in size but still $ 1
They really shouldn’t scoop out the fries and onion rings until customers order it. Otherwise it just gets left there to feel the breeze.

I wouldn’t ordinarily review a fast food restaurant, but this particular BK location is the worst in the area. The drive-​thru is SLOW. That is, if you’re even acknowledged at all (I’ve stopped by for breakfast a couple of times and no one took my order at the drive-​thru — the first time I figured they weren’t open yet, but the second time I realized that they simply weren’t paying attention).
Jeez, the manager of this location should be fired. The employees haven’t been taught to greet their customers (rule #1 when you’re in the service industry, IMO), repeat the order, ask for the payment, etc. Basic interaction and courtesy with the customer is severely lacking.
The food is typical BK, so I the 1 star pertains to the service (or lack of it).

Never eating at Burger King again.

Burger King for breakfast right down the street. Hot coffee decent clean fast and not too expensive.

So slow! I was on break at work and I had 15 minutes to get food from here. I just work at David’s bridal right next door. I literally had to go a few minutes past the end of my break just to get my food. My order isn’t even complicated at all: just a couple burgers with extra ketchup. I almost demanded a refund but decided against it. But seriously, all the employees were so slow. And there was a girl standing in clear sight texting on her phone.

This is one of the best Burger King locations I’ve been to in a long time. First off, there is plenty of parking, a late night drive thru, courteous staff members, and an awesome lobby. No matter what time I come here, I’m always served quickly and greeted with a friendly smile (two major problems for most fast food places). I also love that this place pumps orders out faster than the cashier can complete the transaction, I’ve been in here during lunch time and still received my food in less than 5 minutes. I usually dread eating in a fast food lobby because they are almost always dirty and littered with street kids and bums, but not this place, it’s always clean and hobo free. It’s actually pretty relaxing eating in their lobby, they have plenty of comfortable seating, and multiple televisions with live sporting events, and they have two bad ass soda machines with at least 100 soda combinations.

Whenever I’m in the area and I want a quick snack, but don’t feel like spending too much, I’m always finding myself coming to Burger King. As with most Burger Kings, I’m not expecting the best of the best, but there have been a couple incidents where I’ve had an upset stomach over the food here or it could be from elsewhere.
Prices here are consistent with many other locations and it’s cheaper than McDonald’s most of the time. The chicken nuggets here are nice and they have an option to buy 4 without having to pay more then a quarter each.
Drive thru line here isn’t too long and the workers always accommodate all of my substitutions.

Conveniently located right across from Home Depot. I like the value menu, smoothies. I went thru the drive they which I really like!
