The food was decent. I had the Limited time only lobster salad. I was impressed by the amount of lobster provided and the lettuce and tomatoes looked fresh. The clam chowder was nice and warm and was just ok. I wouldn’t eat it over Boudin’s or the New England Lobster Co. But it’ll hit the spot for a cold day like today. My complaint is for two things: 1. There were 3 employees working and they were all in the back. I even had to raise my voice asking if anyone was available to help since I needed covers for my soup and salad. 2. My second complaint is for the cleanliness of the tables and floors. Like I said earlier, there were 3 employees working. It wasn’t that busy. Those tables and floors should be clean… Bottom line: order your food to go!

Quizno’s – you already know what to expect, chain quality food. haha. Anywho, my boyfriend ordered the new sandwich that has hollandaise sauce on it. Not so palatable. I got the French Dip which was just alright. I’d go again if I were nearby and hungry. Just whatevs. I don’t think I’d crave anything there. The little Quizno’s branded sandwich trays were cute though.

This Quizno’s is terrible, if i could rate 0 stars i would. The old lady manager is a miser and knows nothing about customer service. When you order the large french dip sandwich, you should get a larger portion of au jus than the 3 oz that the small size receives because its a bigger sandwich! I only got enough for half of my dip, and was forced to buy more au jus to finish my french dip sandwich. Plus, the chicken salad was all grapes and raisins, where is the chicken? The strap buckles on all the high chairs were broken and useless. Avoid this location.

The old lady who happens to be the manager is so impatient and rude. We ordered 5 sandwiches for the house and she’s screaming at her employees, running back and forth asking what we ordered and she’s making sighs and grunts. It’s expensive and nothing special. Too bad my usual sandwich shop(little luca) closes early. I was better off going to subway.

If I could give you zero stars I would. Went in with a coupon and was told I couldn’t use it because it was store specific. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! At my job we honor expired coupons all the time because good customer service is the most important thing. 3 dollars is more important to this store than good customer service or customer loyalty! I will never eat here again regardless of the fact that it’s the only vegetarian option in the shopping center where I work, I’d rather be hungry than give any more of my money to these jerks. Oh and the food itself? Extremely mediocre and too expensive. Slow service too.

It’s Quizno’s, I don’t have high expectations for their food however I’ve never had any real problems. My only issue is that it’s a bit pricey for me, when I can go down the road to Miss Tomato’s(by IHOP) and get HUGE sandwiches for less. They’ve never screwed up on any of my orders, so I’ll continue to go here when I’m in a rush for food. For as long as I’ve been going to this place(2 years) I see some new faces from time to time, but I haven’t had any terrible service from them.

It sucks that everyone else got bad service. Yes, they speak Spanish though that doesn’t keep them from doing their job. As long as you’re clear they’ll follow your requests. I ordered the new BBQ pulled pork sandwich and it was so tasty. The condiment bar did not have the black containers though they did give me one when I requested one. Like someone else’s review, I don’t understand why they wouldn’t restock them with more for the next person. They were very friendly and told me that Eli Whiteside frequently visits this location. Cool. I’d come again… nice pit stop after picking up or dropping off a tux at Men’s Wearhouse nearby.

If you can avoid this Quizno’s, do so. They made a major and what I consider a litigious mistake and didn’t even apologize for it! We came here for lunch. Ordered our sandwiches. DH went to fill up our cups with strawberry lemonade. I mentally made a note to myself that they must have ran out of strawberry because the lemonade machine was yellow. OK plain lemonade is fine too. DH brings back our cups. He takes one sip. Stops dead on his tracks. I ask, «what’s wrong.» He stares at me and makes a beeline to the bathroom. All of a sudden, behind the counter, the sleep walking employees wake up. The lady starts ordering the men around in Spanish — speaking really fast. The men run out to the beverage counter and dumps the yellow«lemonade» out of the dispenser. While they were furiously«cleaning up» what I call the evidence, DH comes back and tells me that the lemonade tastes like detergent or lye. WTF, you mean to tell me that at close to 1:00PM, and they were open for a good 2 hours, someone forgot to empty last night’s cleaning solution out of the lemonade dispenser? To add insult to injury, those clowns didn’t even have to grace to apologize, comp us on our meal nothing. They pretended nothing had happened. They did give DH replacement cups because at this point we weren’t going to drink from the old cups! I told DH we should file a complaint with corporate because goodness knows what he had in his mouth(luckily he didn’t ingest it). He said it was a good thing I didn’t drink first or I’d raise bloody murder and threw up in the dining room. You bet I would and I would have witnesses too when I sue their a##! We are never going back here again. They will not admit it was their fault and the service is crap. They are getting a bad Unilocal

I always go here just because I like Quiznos better than Subway. I usually get the bourbon grill steak. I’m always greeted by the same old lady whose name is also Janice. I believe she is the owner of this Quiznos. Honey mustard and jalapenos is really good on any sandwich just fyi lol. Overall, I like coming here just because of the coupons they always send me.

Food is good as always, customer service leaves something to be desired. The condiment bar was not maintained and when we asked for more honey mustard they blew it off and never replaced the old empty one. Seems to me like the employees tonight, not to say all who work here are the same, they just don’t care about the customer and your experience.

My experience is a little mixed. The person making my sandwich seemed okay. but everyone else seemed lost. The person in front of us had her order messed up and was missing one of her sandwiches. The cashier didn’t speak english that well and it made it hard to confirm what sandwiches people ordered. The guy who puts the garnishes after being toasted decided to shove my sandwich into a torpedo bag instead of wrapping it… blah… the sandwich did taste good though…

Okay, it was a nice day. I was going shopping for some clothes for a wedding I will be attending, and I found everything I needed at Metro Mall. All I needed was a quick lunch break before heading on my way. Burger King … the demons on the other side of the mall selling cholesterol filled heart attacks on a bun for $ 1.99. No thanks. Well, what do you know … is that a Quizno’s right across the way? Well I’ll be dern’d! This place had a couple people in it, and had a nice initial feel to it. The joint was not cramped, but rather spacious, neatly organized, and clean! Nice. They had a nice array of sandwiches that seemed nostalgic of Subway. I ordered a roast beef and cheese and onion sandwich. It came up relatively quickly –costed me $ 5.43. I thought, «Wow that is one moderately priced sandwich. I sure hope it’s good.» And it darn tootin’ was! It was really good … I don’t know if I was just starving or what, but irregardless of the fact, good nonetheless. What the hell are you thinking Anthony? Why does this fairy tale end with three stars? The sandwich was pathetically puny! I wasn’t full, or satisfied after the meal. Even the person I was with was like, «WTF» when they first glanced at the size of the morsel. It was gone in one minute, no joke. I mean, $ 5.43. Not a huge monetary amount … but come’on Quizno’s. Someone needs to hit you guys with some knowledge. BAM. Three Stars.

The sandwich«classics» with combo drink and chips will keep the total bill from surprising you. And one of them, the bacon club is better-tasting than the more expensive sandwiches. The chicken noodle soup is all right, good on a cold day, but the chili is on the bland side, with a texture that is too-pasty. This location is a-ok, a decently big size compared to many of its siblings elsewhere. Customer-service? With a «waddayawant» spiel, the sandwich makers are only there to do their job. They do make the sandwiches quick. Maybe too quick, but it’s good and cheap ITTET.

I generally visit this Quizno’s about 1 – 2 times a week because of its location. It’s right there in the Metro Center in Colma that has Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, Barnes & Noble, Pier 1 Imports, Bed Bath & Beyond, etc… So when I’m out shopping, I prefer to have a salad than a burger from Burger King in order to eat a littler healthier! So this afternoon, my co-worker & I did a quick shopping shop there and decided to grab some food at Quiznos! She ordered a chicken salad which looked good but I decided to go for the soup & salad! That was a big mistake. The soup of the day was Tomato Bisque so I ordered that with a side salad. First of all, they have all these delicious & fresh ingredients for salads but the side salad only comes with onion & tomatoes. I wasn’t in the mood for onions and asked if I could sub it for some cheese. The guy gave me a dirty look and said ‘NO’! The cashier looked at him and then he said ‘you want cheese?’ I was so pissed off by his dirty look that I said, «if it doesn’t come with the salad, I don’t want it.» When we sat down to eat our meal, the soup was gross. It was so watered down, I couldn’t believe that they call that tomato soup! I had to throw it out so I just ate«salad». At least my co-worker enjoyed her chicken salad which she said was good! This is the last time I am going to Quizno’s for a quick bit to eat. And if I do, I will be extremely picky on looking at the soup before just ordering! And never get the side salad unless you just want to eat Lettuce, tomatoes & onions!

Its hard to believe that Quizno’s is rating lower than Manila Eatery on Unilocal– the sandwiches here actually very well made and I love the whole toasted sub/condiment bar thing. You can put as many pickles or banana peppers as you want on your sub, plus they’ve got all the honey mustard you could possibly want– what’s bad about that? I’ve gotten the Honey Mustard Chicken sub, plus the Chicken Carborana sub-both of which were tasty and more than enough for a hearty meal. I found that they may skimp a little on toppings like mushrooms or tomatos, but the chicken content of both subs was sufficient. Get the subs as a combo meal– root beer and the jalapeño-flavored chips are always my choice– and really, I have nothing to complain about.

When I want a quick, cheap, semi-healthy lunch, I don’t see a problem with getting a sandwich from here. The thing about Quiznos is they take your order, which has pre-set ingredients with certain meats, veggies, and sauces that are supposed to be in it. And then if you want more, self-help yourself at the end of the counter, where they have bowls of jalapenos, banana peppers, pickles, BBQ sauce, and honey mustard. They only have two bread options — white or wheat. How they make your sandwich is like a conveyor belt assembly. Quiznos subs are overall pretty good, but so greasy sometimes. I personally like Subway more, but Quiznos definitely wins with variety of meats. When I saw their $ 5 large subs deal, I decided to check it out. One word: disappointed. The offer is ONLY valid with their«Deli Favorite Subs» — 1) oven roasted turkey & cheddar, 2) honey-cured ham & swiss, 3) roast beef & cheddar, or 4) tuna melt. Only four options! Subway’s $ 5 footlong deal covers a majority of the menu. I didn’t find a problem with the service here, except that they were a little slow.

Quizno’s is the reason why I do my best to avoid chain/fast food types of restaurants. After shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond, our hunger took the better of our normally decent judgement and decided to pick up food next door at Quizno’s. I’ll admit, those Sammies and their low calorie claim suckered me into saying yes. Sammies are just over glorified Gringo tacos that stays with the low calorie claim by hardly putting any chicken or turkey in there. It ended up being a non-satisfying soggy mess that sucked so bad, I had to order us another just regular turkey sandwich just to get sated. I ended up spending way more than I should have, consumed more calories than I wanted to, and going against my «avoid at all cost chain restaurants» belief. Never again, never again!
