Came here last time on a Saturday evening. It was empty so I was happy because I had to order 4 subs and there was just 1 employee. All four footlongs came exactly as I ordered them and the employee was very generous with toppings. I’ve come here about 3 or 4 times and usually there is never a problem. Everything comes out just like it should.

I’ve never been a huge subway fan. It’s kinda my last resort when nothing else is open. But after living so close to this one, I started going out of convenience. The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. The cookies are always perfect and the sandwiches are made with love. 5 stars!

This subway has made me start liking subway again. I used to dread it, but this is close to work so I decided to try it. The food is always fresh and they always make my complicated order exactly as I request. The girls are very nice. I will keep coming back.

Honestly I don’t know why Subway even bothers to advertise soups as part of their menu because I go at least once a week to hellla different locations an wry single time they say«we don’t have any soups». There is ONE subway on Baily Road in Pittsburg, CA. Where all the employees are nice and accommodating and the girl there even has warmed up single servings for my friend and Me. Everywhere else, like literally every other subway I have ever been to, the employees are assholes. I’m not an asshole, I don’t come in demanding things or being rude to anyone. I’m polite and I ask for things and say please an thank you and try to be friendly when I can. So why are all these people so fucking red and miserable? ESPECIALLYTHISPARTICULARSUBWAY. This is the first time I come here. No soup– okay that’s fine. She goes«what else?»(Very rudely!) so I say. «Mustard and mayo» it’s rude ass person answer me with«WHATELSE?!». Now you’ve crossed the line. But I didn’t lose my temper(IMAGINETHAT). Her and the guy’s rudeness was palatable. I’m going to go again because it’s 2 blocks fro my work and I like sandwiches. But next time she gives me an attitude I’m going to lose my shit I assure you. Subway needs to get theirs together and realize that 0% of their employees are up selling. And 99% are assholes to their customers.

Every time we eat here, it is so hot, it’s miserable. They NEVER turn on the A/C. What’s up with that?

This Subway is the worst one I’ve been to, the only reason I go to this one is because it’s the closest one by my house. Recently I went in to this location to try their flatizza pepperoni pizza, and they had a special 2 for $ 5 so I figured it was worth a shot. When the cashier rang up my order, she tried to charge me a little over 9 bucks when I told her it’s suppose to be $ 5 she tried to tell me I got the wrong pizza even though I ordered exactly what they had pictured in the poster hanging out of their wall. Her co-worker had to step in and tell her she was wrong. Another incident was that after I had my sandwich made and was already wrapped up, the employee working set my sandwich aside and instead of ringing me up she asked the next customer waiting what kind of sandwich would she like. The customer told her she should maybe ring me up first and the employee’s comment was that she was trying to avoid changing gloves. So I guess she thought it’s ok for me to wait another 5 minutes so she doesn’t have to spend less than 30 seconds to change her gloves. Also if it’s after 6pm be prepared to only have 2 choices of bread available, another flaw of this store.

It’s a subway. Like Starbucks, you come here because they make a sandwich exactly the way the franchise prescribes, down to the exactly 6 olives they’re supposed to put in it. I haven’t had problems coming here since they opened. I do notice that they go through employees pretty quickly though. I’ve been lucky to never have issues with parking when I come here in the evenings. Personally, I dont care what my sandwich looks like nor what nationality of person who makes it. There are many other options for sandwich libations here in Daly City, like Mr. Pickles, should one choose to patronize another«sandwich artist» that isn’t bound by the creativity killer of franchise.

According to the owner and staff, you can’t alter the sandwich of the month. I ordered the pizza sub, and asked to add olives and onions. In response, I was told it ONLYCOMESWITHWHATISONTHEPICTURE. If I wanted to make alterations, they must charge extra. I am confused. Will it be a per piece price, or by the pound? That is odd, because the menu only says extra charges for meat or avocado. Don’t even bother questioning it, as you will be met with a readily confrontational business owner and staff. Remember when we were kids, and we tried to change the rules of popular games like Tag or Hide and Seek. Of course, the rules were in your favor as you screamed them out like: — «No tag backs» — «Forcefield» -“Safe Zone” — «I’m not playing» — «Time out» — «I’m telling mom» The owner has brought those same childish cheats… to Subway!

Just ordered a meatball sub from here and it was the ugliest meatball sub i’ve ever seen. Mexican lady has no business trying to be a sandwich artist…

I can’t believe no one has Unilocaled this Subway location. This is NOT the one in serramonte, but rather one that is hidden behind the Colma BART station. Below the La Terraza apartments and next to an H&R Block, this is a hidden gem. I came here yesterday at 3:17(they have a big clock outside) after dropping off a friend at the Colma BART and this is a big restaurant with a lot of seating. Its a very quiet area, and unlike most of Colma, you do not see a cemetery across from you(there are a couple stores nearby that sell monuments though). The service was fast, efficient, and I liked their $ 5 deal of the day. I kinda hope it stays hidden away because it was just me and a few others, but you should come here just to see how fabulous it is. There is parking, but only for a few cars, and there is a nice little area next to the café where there is seating and steps that lead you to Colma BART. Try it out…

This Subway is not like other Subways. I’ve been here twice and both times they were out of the supplies to make the sandwich complete. The employee(Rosemary) was very very rude which equals to bad service, the type of service that makes you want to walk out while they are trying to make an incomplete sandwich because they are out of spinach… They over charge me for my meal and taxed me on a cold sandwich which they cannot under state law. If you are in the area do not stop at this Subway because it is not like the others. Keep driving

Just came from here — great experience! Went at around 6:30PM on a Monday evening. Got a parking spot RIGHT outside(stars for offering parking at all!) and was greeted warmly with an empty Subway and friendly employees. My sandwich was made just as well as in any other Subway. A little skimpy on everything, as usual. I’m not going to complain about the quality because you KNOW what you’re going to get. it’s a fast food sandwich for cryin’ out loud! So you other reviewers, don’t expect a $ 10 dollar sandwich for $ 5. They gave me some coupons too. Yay, I love coupons! I guess I just lucked out today … seeing as the other reviewers didn’t have as nice a time as I did. I dunno. maybe my smile radiates to others or everyone else is a playa hata: P Also, I know how much it can suck to be doing their job. did it for years. so I make an extra effort to be super nice :)

What you’ve read about this Subway is correct. They are somehow still open, and why corporate Subway has not closed it down yet is beyond me. They can’t be making any money since nobody is ever here. The HR Block that is open 3 months a year makes more money than this place. But, I digress. The bread, vegetables and all the fixings are not fresh. They’re not even attempted to look fresh. The owner and her husband are the most inconceivably rude people I’ve seen working retail. You name it — I’ve been charged double on my card before(never pay card here, always cash — too risky), I’ve had sandwiches skimped on by a lot, and I’ve had the wrong price given to me by the manager at the register on multiple occasions. All the prices are higher than national Subway advertised prices, and nothing seems to add up when you get to the register. They also love to charge tax on a sandwich that is not toasted, which no other Subway does. Anyway, don’t come here. It’s not worth your time. If you really need Subway, go to Serramonte. Or anywhere else. As a resident of Colma, this«sandwich shop» is an outright disgrace. And I never even say that. Please, someone read this and close this shop down. It’s dirty, overpriced, and the owners don’t care about anything you have to say. Read the other reviews if you don’t believe me.

I don’t even know why this subway is allowed to stay open? Subway should not allow these people to ruin their name. They charged my card twice and I didn’t know until I checked my account. I went there to dispute it the same day a few hours later and the lady who processed the transaction denied. I ended up wasting time on talking to my Bank and calling Subway corporate and finally got my money back. I wasnt going to make a big deal about the money but I bought almost $ 40 worth of sandwiches because I was with a lot of kids that I was babysitting. I tried going to this same place another time because I figured that might have been a one time thing. I picked up a sandwich and went home. When I bit into it, it fell apart because the bread was so old. Damn you people!!! You got me again! Burn me twice and I will make sure people know how bad your establishment is.

Yeah this Subway just all around sucks. I went in tonight to get a basic sub and they had NO white bread. That’s right… no Italian bread. At 6pm. What kind of sub shop has no plain white bread available in the middle of the dinner rush? The employees were rude and the place was not clean. Not coming back here again.

The 1 star is for the workers who did an excellent job. But the owner is a rude racist and she needs to learn how to be nice to her workers. I went in with my 5 year old and she was yelling at the women workers that they couldn’t speak Spanish WTH why not no one should tell people they can’t speak together. Then she starts telling them they have their reviews and takes the one lady whose making my sandwich to talk about her review. RUDE! Then she yells at the lady telling her she was wrong for calling in sick and that she didn’t care about her family issues. Um again while customers were in the store. So I am done coming here. The owner is a rude B***** and no love for her workers.

Never going back go to that subway again. They over charged me plus she was rude, not in dress code and will be sending a email to there corporate hq for being sick and coughing on the food. If she loses her job then that would be great to make her understand customer service is everything. If I could give it negative scores I would –5. Horrible location

This location is terrible. The workers are rude and have no idea how to make sandwiches. They’re more interested in gossiping then filling orders or cleaning the actual restaurant. I had to tell the person making my sandwich what my order was repeatedly, as well as ask him to not throw the topping on. He didn’t wash his hands, nor appear to care. They’re rude, unprofessional and disgusting. Worst location I’ve been to in the area.

Oh boy, this is an example of how a sandwich place should not be. I come here maybe once a month because I live close by and I always hope it will be better than the time before, but it is not. The toppings are never fresh and are thrown randomly onto the sandwich. The people that work there act like they could care less about you or your food. They are veeeery slow and will spend more time chatting with each other than making your food. If the phone rings, good chance they’ll take the call. Someone will always talk on the phone, and if you want to pay with plastic they will need to kick the other guy off the phone so the payment terminal can dial to the credit card company. And of course the place is never very clean and the tables are uninviting. There are only 6 or so parking spots, so parking can be tough.
