Sam’s Club

Never seems too have the same items and never notifies customers that they discontinue. or items at one Sams but not at another… crazy.

I LOVED the fact that I waited the shortest amount of time in line than I have at any Sam’s Club EVER makes thid a 5 star review off the bat! Actually I didn’t have to wait at all and went right from shopping to checking out which made my day.

This store has the worst customer service. The staff does not care and management is even worse.
I shop at the other Sams Clubs in the Richmond area and do not have this problem, just at Colonial Heights.

My husband and I made a night run for bacon the other night. It was 8:05 when we made it there and they close at 8:30. The greeter didn’t look at us and roll his eyes. He smiled and welcomed us in. The helper at checkout was amazingly polite and the café people had bacon pizza! Marvelous experience. Nothing like I expected coming In 25 minutes before closing time. The only reason they didn’t get 5 is because there were no white cheese balls !

I can always count on Sams to have good sales with an abundance of groceries that I like!

I have to say that for cheap stuff and food they are ok. Their track record on ANYTHING service related or large ticket is destined for disaster.
I previously wrote a review about the price drop when I purchased a large LCD from them and they wanted me to bring the unit in physically to get the match. My Grill «Members Mark» rotted out in less than 2 years. There is a back bar that is made of cheap pot metal that holds the burners in place the part requires complete teardown to replace. All the burners and deflectors have been replaced.
The latest run in with these ‘professional’ folks was in the tire department where they seem to excel at the speed of ‘slow’. You will wait at LEAST 20 minutes just to see an employee at the front. Whats great is if you buy Michelen tires for your car and then have a problem during normal business hours, with say a flat… Well thats just tough. The road hazard really doesnt help if you cant get your tire fixed. It seems that if you show up around 6 they take no customers and are closed.
Guess you dont really need to drive to work the next day? Now Merchants has their tire pricing fixed and have good service. I know I am not buying anything non-​disposable from these scam artists (scam and sams sound so right together). Any. time. you need to use a service its pretty much up to the employee what policy they will make up and follow.

Horrible staff. Very rude young people working here. I use my business membership to my advantage and shop as earlier as possible to avoid the crowds.

exactly where i would want to be if there was a zombie apocalypse :) lots of big things and big packs of things some deals. being a military wife i can get some of these things from the commisary but the sheer size of snacks is a huge plus for my family. the only reason they didnt receive 5 stars is because they were selling a snow cone machine but noone knew where the snow cone syrup was or if they even sold it…
