Waited several minutes at counter to be waited on — four staffers in back room talking till I asked for help? Ribs were just OK — a bit dry but tender. Coke Products and free soft serve. BBQ prices are about the same as others — folks forget the increases of meat prices. Location can’t handle a large group maybe 8 if busy but 6 might even push it.

Came here yesterday with my husband for the first time (mine, not his) and I was extremely impressed! Everyone was so nice ! The place was clean, the food was absolutely delicious! The service was beyond exceptional– they made my experience the best. Everyone should come by here sometime! You won’t be disappointed and for a first timer, their food is legit delicious :)

Decided to try the new location of Dickies in our neighborhood, even though we are big Rudy’s fans. However somtimes you just don’t want drive far. Ordered the 3 plate meat with the chicken, turkey, and chopped brisket, and the rib plate. I chose the coleslaw, green beans, baked potato casserole, and fried okra as the sides. All for a total of $ 28. I was not disappointed the meat has a great smoky flavor, and the ribs were fall off the bone as advertised. All the sides had great flavor. I ordered online, and picked up at the store and my meal was ready and on time. For close to home BBQ I was pleased.

Major disappointment, maybe better if you don’t get it delivered, because it takes 2.5 hours to get cold food and warms sodas and I only live 4 miles away. I don’t recommend delivery.

FINALLY!!! One of the Dickey’s in town tastes like the real thang! Having lived in Dallas for 30+ years, I know Dickey’s well and what is should taste like. This one is it! The ribs are delicious and falling off the bone, just as they should. And, the fixins are spot on. So glad this one finally opened and we tried it. I can now get my «Texas» BBQ fix any time, especially since it is next door to a King Soopers we frequent. Still don’t like that these are «junior» versions of the real thing, but so glad to see that the food tastes like you’re in Texas.

The Spicy Cheddar Sausage was good, and actually had a little heat. The fries were on point, and the potato salad was good even though she said it didn’t have eggs in it. It did. Kids under 12 eat free on Sunday, and they have free ice cream. Not a bad joint! To bad it took like 2 years to open. :)

An honest fair review:
I go to this location when I can’t cook BBQ at home. Out of the three Dickies BBQ places I’ve been to in Colorado this is the best location. The place is clean and the service is good. I was a bit offended when the place first opened and the manager or owner walked around tables and asked how the food was to all the customers and I was passed by and ignored. He even randomly gave someone sitting right next to me a free gift certificate. Guess he was offended by my good looks (sarcasm here) (-:
To the people who post negative reviews it’s good to keep in mind that this is a chain BBQ establishment. This isn’t your mom and pops BBQ place which usually is the best kind. I go here for pulled pork BBQ and Beef Brisket sandwiches. The fried Okra is awesome. Give it a try.

This location does not accept the boy scout camp cards so don’t expect the deal. Food is ok. All the smoked meats tend to be similar in flavor. I like the beans. Okra had way too much salt.

Mom wanted BBQ wings on mom’s day, Dickies was close so i ordered take out.
Mistake, dickies is not good. Phoned in order 30 min prior, not ready when i got there, had not even started prepping it. Mob scene, not enough help, long line, thoroughly pissed off clientele. Imagine, lots ‘o bidness on mother’s day (stunned look on face), who possibly have predicted that?!
Bathroom a mess, ran out of ice cream, orders wrong thoroughly indifferent wait staff. Another 30 min and my order was ready. Ordered double order of ribs, got one, food cold, greasy., bad.
Listen, if you want rotten, greasy food, with terrible indifferent service, and is expensive, go to McDonald’s (actually, i do mcd’s a disservice– never had tgat kind of rotten service or food there, ever)
Don’t go here, you care about what you eat, they don’t. You are better off going next door and getting a paper cup of day old chowder at King Sooper than eating at this dump.

So finally got to go here and I wasn’t very impressed. A bit overpriced. I guess they compensate this by giving you a free ice cream and a plastic dickys cup to take home. I would rather have a more reasonable price for the food. The BBQ was ordinary. I wasn’t impressed with that either.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have gone 3 times, 2 where during non peak hours and 1 during lunch time. All 3 times I have waited for over 30 – 45 minutes and by the time I finally got my food, it was cold. The manager has given me free coupons each time but why get free cold food? I will never go back to this dickey’s and I will let all of my military friends know how terrible this place is.

Okay, so my 2^nd visit to Dickies was definitely not pleasant… I placed my order online and arrived at the store about 20 minutes later. When I arrived there was only 1 customer in line. I went directly to the cashier to pickup my order… about 20 minutes later and 7 customers, my name was called. Why bother ordering online if the order isn’t ready when promised. The food was okay but the customer service was unacceptable! I highly doubt I’ll return for a 3^rd visit.

Food is great not excellent but I have high standards when it comes to food ordered pulled pork ribs and cheddar sausages with baked potato casserole and onion tanglers and pecan pie. The first person I met was awesome gave recommendations which is exactly what I got he even let me taste each meat and wasn’t rushing
