Edible Arrangements

A snow storm made deliveries impossible on the day my niece’s adoption was finalized. The employees at edible arrangements recognized the importance of this life event and delivered her arrangement in a personal vehicle. Their empathy and care for customers will make me a repeat customer!

Excellent customer service. Drew was so helpful. We don’t know what happened to the original delivery, but he completely replaced the order for my daughter. He made sure we were 110% satisfied with their customer service. I said it is not your fault if it got stolen after the school signed for it, you don’t have to do that. But he was committed to making sure she got the order even though they were so busy with Valentine’s Day. Highly recommend this store.

My husband ordered me a bouquet of fruit with bear and balloons 89.00. When they were delivered the chocolate was cracking off, fruit was overripe, and one balloon bouquet was cut and air depleted. I called the store and was greeted by a short, rude employee who was no help at all and basically was told for me to come in the store to get another balloon, and was hung up on. I called back and asked for the manager and was on hold for a few minutes, finally was greeted and was told the it was a very busy day and that I would be given a 30% discount on my next order. I told her don’t worry you will never earn our business again, nor anyone that I know will not be going to this location. Save yourself the trouble and use the one on 8^th street.
BAD fruit, and BAD customer service.

This store is amazing! They went out of their way to help me decide on what to get and they gave me all the info I needed and let me know if I added chocolate to half my strawberries it would bring my order a lil over $ 50 which got me a FREE 12 box of chocolate dipped strawberry, apples,&bananas definitely worth the extra $ 8! If u want great service and a beautiful fruit basket for yourself or as a gift this is your place! I was also informed this edible arrangements (off woodmen) is affiliated with the one off powers and n. Carefree and you will get the s a me great service and product there there as well.
