Only bring your car here if you want it waste money and get it back in worse shape. Twice now progressive have sent us here for repairs and both times I COULDN’T have been more disappointed. THE POSTER BOY SHOP FOR RIP OFF MECHANICS!!!

I took my car in for a bumper repair because the person who hit me had insurance that recommended them. They were FANtastic! Communicative, on time, clean, neat, and very helpful. They even cleaned my car inside and out! Will definitely go back!

This is an amazing body shop. I first used them in 2007 when I was rear ended, and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. to this day, it looks excellent! I was involved in another accident recently and didn’t want to take my vehicle anywhere but here. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and they make sure you are happy with everything before the parts are even ordered. They sat down with me and let me explain exactly what parts I needed on my vehicle because my vehicle has a bumper that even the dealership claimed was no longer available but sure enough these guys found one!.. both my insurance company and the other parties insurance company made me get estimates done at other shops, and I can say the other shop’s customer service doesn’t even come close! I feel like family when I go to Experts Only. Between my two major repairs, I had small miscellaneous scratches and dings that these folks took care of for me at no charge. And the most important note, between Experts only and the other two shops that I was told to go to, Experts only had the lowest estimate and they were the only ones that took the time to make sure my parts were 100% genuine OEM parts… the other ones had me sign waivers stating I was OK with aftermarket knockoff parts, and there was no warranty on them! Experts only stands behind their work! Overall, best shop in town! Support Local Business!
