Updated: Do not order to go they will mess it up and when you go back inside to tell them what’s wrong just stare at you like um ok do you want me to fix it? Yes… That’s why I came back. Old review: This is a great Mexican food spot. The carne asada tacos are delish! The rice was a bit bland but the beans where good.

We love this place. They have some of the best Mexican food in Colorado Springs. I highly recommend the Burrito Loco Azado. Also if you like margaritas try«The Original.» It’s a great margarita. We come here at least once a month and we have never had a bad dish or drink.

My wife goes to this place once a week due to their super friendly staff, occasional mariachi band, great food and white queso. Happy wife, happy life!

Very solid Mexican joint that is located in a high traffic area. Haven’t been before but the salsa is good-the seating options are pretty big, and the menu is plentiful. Love that they have specials everyday and weekend specials. They also had drink specials but I went with the house marg and wasn’t impressed. Went with the chili Colorado and the meat was tender and stewed. The rice and beans were pretty good but hard to mess up. I’d go back but the area is hard to get in and out of. Then again I’m hardly ever on powers.

Best Mexican food in town. Great service. The ceviche is the best. Fish soup is delicious. Make sure you get some queso. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. My favorite restaurant in town. Only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the shrimp cocktail.

Fiesta Jalisco is the best MEXICAN restaurant of all Colorado Springs«PERIOD!» I’m no Unilocaler or food critic but when it comes to Mexican food I’m an expert because I actually lived in Mexico and actually tried the best dishes in Mexico City and Guadalajara. I’m no Gringo who thinks he or she knows a lot about Mexican food because he/she has lived in Texas or Arizona. This is NO! «On the Border», «Chipotle», or «Jose Mundoons» Tex Mex crap. The reason I say this because this Real Mexican Restaurant deserves more credit and at least 4 stars! I have plenty of reasons to defend my statement. To begin, the prices are fair and its portions are reasonable. Most dishes comes with rice and beans. Another, would be its phenomenal, quick and warm welcoming service. The moment I through the door, they have the courage to say«how are you?!» or «como estas?!» for Spanish. Now for some, you may not have the same experience, but that can change in an instant towards your attitude. I can tell that these are just more than employees, but actual family. They love what they do and they are good at it! Last but not least, is the best and ethnic Mexican food that CO Springs can offer! I highly recommend the Carne Asada with corn tortillas. The burritos are actually really good as well with the sauce they put on top. The great thing about this place is that it serves Chips, Salsa, and Cabbage! Most Mexican Restaurants don’t even serve cabbage or a jar of water! Also lets not forget about the greatest margaritas of all Colorado. I’ve tried the Patron, Cadillac and one that I really enjoyed and told me to try it was its Jamaica margarita!!! Truly, its common sense that this location is long overdue with a significant review. To be honest, I literally go there 2 – 3 times a month.

Very good authentic Mexican food! The menu has soooo many choices to choose from. Ordered the special of the day«Chile Colorado» and although I was expecting the beef to be smothered in Red Chile sauce just like how my mom makes this dish it wasn’t. But the beef was flavorful and very tender which made this dish delicious. Will definitely come back to try another dish.

The food is average at best. Nothing really special about it. To top it off, the service too was barely average. Very slow on a night that wasn’t busy at all. Much better places to enjoy Mexican cuisine. The one plus is that it’s newer and clean.

This used to be our favorite Mexican restaurant but tonight something was off. The service was okay but the food was incredibly bland. My cheese enchiladas were not melted and in fact were lukewarm at best. I’m not sure if tonight was just an off night where the quality of the food was not on par or if this is a new trend. If this is the new standard, then we’ll have to find someplace new to be our favorite Mexican restaurant.

What happened??? Someone please tell me the regular cook was sick on 8÷31÷15. We ordered the fajitas(steak, chicken, shrimp) and albondigas soup and they were both very under seasoned and the fajitas were overcooked. Normally this place is rock solid but tonight they weren’t bringing it. Service was weird too. Some of us ordered water and the waiter gave us four empty cups and a pitcher of water. I’m not too lazy to pour my own water but I’m the paying customer so I expect sort of good service? I feel bad now because there are a lot of good Mexican restaurants in Colorado Springs and I won’t be coming back here anymore because I don’t want to take the chance of having this experience again and wasting another $ 60.

As a Unilocaler, this is a location where a great review is long overdue… almost to the point that I feel bad about it. In my defense I’m usually just too full of great Mexican food to even want to consider writing something… or doing anything really. After I eat here I mostly just spend time staring at a wall, thinking about how I wish America had two dinner-times so I had an excuse to go back. As you’ve probably guessed by now, I am obsessed with this place. I’m a little surprised it never wins awards any of the«Colorado Springs Best of…» awards. I kind of like that the location doesn’t go for that. It makes the place more of a spot for regulars, which this place has in abundance. The food is fantastic and really fast. It’s literally the Jimmy John’s of Mexican food. They also have the best margarita’s in Colorado Springs by far. This place is great for a casual night out, family gathering, a pre-game spot before a night out… pick one. Make an excuse. Check this place out! Best Mexican restaurant in Colorado Springs.

Mexican food and margaritas, what more do you need? Portions and service are wonderful. I don’t have much more to say about this place. A great strip mall find!

First off, they were rude, even the«manager» Joel we waited 25 minutes for our to go order, the food was cold and had no flavor, the portions were so small that we still had to cook when we finished the food from this place. we will never go to or eat anything from this place ever again. My only recommendation about fiesta jalisco is to NEVER go there.

Fantastic, beautifully decorated, authentic Mexican restaurant! We have been going here about once monthly for the past 4 yrs. The service is phenomenal and the FASTEST of any restaurant around! If we ever wait longer than 20 min for our food after ordering, it would be extremely unusual. They are so fast! The prices are very reasonable, and the menu is ENORMOUS! I am not kidding, it is GINORMOUS! The portions are just huge too! I always workout extra hard on the days we plan to dine here so I don’t feel guilty for splurging on their to-die-for delicious food and humungous portions. I haven’t been to another restaurant that has as large portions as this wonderful place! They have delicious Sangrias. The complimentary endless chips, salsa, and Mexican cabbage/cole slaw is to die for! Wait til you sit down, you will see they serve you chips, salsa, and their delicious cabbage to dip the chips in immediately, as well as your drinks. It’s the ONLY Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to that serves this delicious cilantro type cabbage in a separate little bowl along with the salsa for the chips. ***Another reviewer wrote how they weren’t offered more chips… well…all ya gotta do is nicely ask! They will gladly refill your chips, and usually they voluntarily offer to do so.*** Enjoy!

No no no. Just don’t. I had such high hopes but alas it was just not good. Service was neglectful which I can work around for stellar food, but the fajitas tasted like Asian stir fry ;(with very little meat. The 2nd star was for the cabbage salsa stuff which was very tasty.

Ok I would give it 3 stars but hubby says 3 – 4 stars so I’m going to go with 4, I really don’t delight in giving bad reviews. The salsa was not fresh. I agree with a previous person it almost had a pizza flavor to it. We were not offered any additional chips and I wanted to order another drink(I only had one so no need to cut me off) and we were brought the check. No one offered me another drink. The food had a good flavor and the margarita had the potential for greatness. I added additional fresh squeezed lime juice to it and it was great. I will most likely come back to try again, I saw other options I wish to try. It wasn’t horrible, it just wasn’t great considering the service. The service wasn’t horrible it just wasn’t great. There is room to improve and I hope they make it. This place is really close to home and I look forward to trying again.

After living in Houston for 8 years, I became a bit of a mexican/tex-mex food snob. My favorite mexican food is tacos al pastor. and I have yet to find the perfect al pastor in Colorado Springs. However, Fiesta Jalisco did at least have them… and it wasn’t horrible. I can’t say it was perfect. But it was good. And when you add in a Patron margarita; well let’s just say it doesn’t matter what the tacos taste like anymore… Hat’s off to that bartender, whoever he/she is. I’m coming back for more. I might skip the tacos next time though. Patron margarita was worth the 4 stars by itself.
