Hobby lobby is my addiction! This store in particular is always well stocked and clean! I cannot stand shopping in chaos. I have been to every hobby lobby in the springs and I will go to this one first above the rest! Even when they have large amounts of clearance, I can easily find anything without having to dig. Displays are put together, always stocked and clearly marked with prices or discounts. I don’t know the manager, but whoever they are does a great job!

I really like hobby lobby. They have such a great selection of Arts and crafts as well as decorations for all Holidays, birthdays, themed parties, just about any occasions. I just had a frame made because it was an odd size. for a very special picture of my husband and I loved it.

Bad Customer Service!!! I have worked in retail in the past and know that good customer service is to honor signage when the store places it incorrectly. Instead the unfriendly cashier that reeked of cigarettes just argued with me telling me I was wrong until I had to walk all the way to the back myself and take a picture. But of course she still did not honor it.

I always enjoy the selection at hobby lobby, however, the service is SOOO slow. Make sure when you go there you have at least 15 minutes to wait in line. management is pretty terrible

Framing shop does good work but to say they are mismanaged would be a gross understatement. They are UNmanaged. Dropped a print off a few weeks ago, selected matting, frame, glass, etc. Spoke on the phone and was told everything would be ready to pick up at a specific time and date. I got there to find they didn’t have the frame color I asked for and didn’t have the sense to call me back. So after wasting a drive there and wasting another 15 minutes waiting for an employee to help… you get the story. Last time they’ll get my business.

I love Hobby Lobby stores but this one has HORRIBLE customer service and management is a joke. There is a Michaels, Joann’s and Hobby Lobby within 2 miles so it’s easy to spend my money elsewhere. I won’t be back until the customer service manager is gone

I find HL to be the most organized and cleanest of the craft/hobby stores in the area. That being said, this particular store has awful customer service. I waited over 30 mins to make a return because the cashier decided to take a woman with $ 200 worth of discount purchases on the«refund and exchange» cash register. Instead of redirecting the lady to another cash register when other cashiers returned, the transaction kept going on… slowly. I understand it might be difficult to move the transaction to another cash register, but no one working in the store ever apologized, including the manager on the floor(she came to help with this particular purchase several times). They all acted like it was normal to wait over 30 mins in line during lunch hour.

Whether or not you or I agree with Hobby Lobby’s policies and beliefs, they had everything I needed in one place on Saturday, so the convenience factor won out against any reservations I had towards them. Compared to JoAnn’s or Hancock or Michaels where I have had to go to more than one store to gather everything, Hobby Lobby had it all. On top of that, checking out was very efficient, compared to JoAnn’s horrible lines at the cashier. Everything is laid out well, and the large interior had everything you’d want for crafting.
