I’ve got to say, this location has stepped up their game. I came when they first opened and was not impressed with the service. I decided to give them another try, and the service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The sandwiches are always delicious and having good service just enhances the experience.

The staff was incredibly rude and incompetent. The sandwiches were just ok — definitely not worth dealing with the people or the incredibly long wait, especially when there was only one person who was having one sandwich made before us.

Over all the best little sub place in Colorado Springs. It beats Subway and Jimmy Johns out of the water so many options and everything is fresh. It was my first time there and I loved it the food was great.

Love this place! I have been eating Jersey Mikes Subs for years and this location is just another one I will gladly visit at least once or twice a week as I have since they opened
