I have been to 4 places in the springs… and this is has been the best! Seth was awesome and helped me find juice that I liked – I know it wasn’t easy. I smoked for years and I am picky. He went above and beyond to help me out. They know what they are talking about and are so helpful! I will be going back there – even bought a shirt!

JVapes is without a doubt the best vape shop in the springs. The amount of times I’ve gotten free juices with their awesome point system is amazing. The atmosphere is always very hospitable and they’ll fix any problem a new vaper may have. Definitely check this place out!

Bring your wire and a wick on a Wednesday, and you get a free build. Tons of flavors and staff knows their stuff. E liquid is a house blend only, so the price is a little high for overall quality, but it’s been getting better.

My husband, son and I have been customers for two years and everytime we have needed help be it battery, broken glass or just advice for a better vap the people here have come through big time! Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff, just an all around awesome store. The stand behind there products and have an excellent selection of hardware n juice. First off I want to start by saying that this place is exceptional in customer service!
Bring your ID! They are strict about ID policy but I believe this is good practice and what keeps a business like there’s in business.
Onto the customer service. Simply the best I have had at a vape shop in town. While most shops in town are friendly the people here really try to help you out and tend (for the most part) to know what they are talking about.
EXAMPLE: Recently I purchased a tank from this shop I had been eyeing for a while. The well known company doesn’t generally produce duds so I left the shop happy and content waiting to get home to try it. At first everything was ok. The atomizer it came with threaded perfectly. Well about a week in when it came time to replace the atomizer i took one out of my 5 pack and proceeded to screw the atomizer into my tank. Halfway in it dead stops, and the threads wont turn unless extreme force is used usually with pliers. All my products were verified authentic at the site so it must be the tank as the atomizer would thread into my other tanks fine. I called j vapes and explained my recent situation. I didn’t have the highest expectations because this is all just mass produced china labor meaning no warranties. After explaining my dilemma they offered to exchange my tank, they were currently out of the tank I bought so they did offer a few similar ones but I opted to wait. The shipment must have been delayed as I waited about two weeks before my tank came back in. When it did come back in my original tank was about 3 weeks old but I walked into the shop.
I was instantly greeted and they knew who I was and without hesitation they exchanged my tank!
Can not begin to explain how happy this made me!
Also their juice is really good with tons of flavors to boot and constant new ones being added. They keep expanding the customization (everything in ⁷⁰⁄₃₀ blend now as well as ⁵⁰⁄₅₀). They also will allow you to sit down and try any flavor you like before hand so you can decide if it is for you or not.
All I will leave on the juice is Yellow Sub and Ridin Nerdy… These two flavors alone keep me returning constantly.
All in all this is my favorite vape shop in town. They have the best prices on hardware every time I am looking to buy (verified by calling 10+ shops every time I look to purchase). Their juice prices are very reasonable for the quality as well (AEMSA Certified) and they promote daily deals! Check them out to save some cash!
I will continue to shop here, continue to tell everyone I know looking for juice or just to get started in e cigs to go here (itaste vv and mini nautilus = perfect starter combo), and continue to spread the good word about this place.

I’m not sure what to think about this place yet.
The first I went in the sales girl had no idea what she was talking about and when I’d ask her questions about which vape pen would be the most industrial her response was «I don’t know.»
Hearing about this thought, the manager offered me free material tomakeupforthesalesexperience, even though returning my dredful vape pen isn’t an option.
Surprisingly enough the second time I went in the salesman was on cue with everything from greeting to naming pricing off the top of his head and being honest about the material rather than trying to sell the more expensive item.
I’ll be returning to find out more and enter another review.
Maybe my bad expediency was a fluke.

This place is awesome. Every time I need juice, I only go to j vapes. The reason why I come here is because of the quality of the juice and the friendliness of the staff. The red hair and green hair girl in particular. I have never had a problem with them. They are always patient and friendly and I always get what I came for and sometimes more.
Being grown, I pay attention to what goes into my body. I am certain that the quality of juice they use is legit. There is no guessing game as far as where their juice has come from.
My mother was in town visiting when i first heard of this store. She raved about how helpful the ladies where. She pretty much made me promise her that i would check them out. Well, its been a year since she visited and I haven’t regretted taking her advice since. From being naïve and not knowing what vaping is to J Vapes patiently turned me into a person that is knowledgeable about vaping and the health benefits over smoking.
I must admit that I have tried other juices in a last minute attempt to not be without and every time, I have been disappointed. You put this stuff in your body! Be grown about it. If your looking for a place that has friendly staff and the best juice selection. This is it!

Great space, awesome people, fantastic selection of hardware and juices! I called them from the road about an 18 650 button-​top battery and they had one partially charged for me by the time I got there. Another guy demo’d his RDA and blew a cloud of smoke bigger than me, and showed me how to put one together for relatively cheap. I love these people and this store!

Great shop with an awesome atmosphere. Everyone is welcoming and willing to help you out. If the person you are working with does not know something they are quick to ask the other staff and get the answer. The prices are on par and the juices are awesome. The point program is cool to get free juice. Juices are well made and I have picked up 6 different flavors so far and they have been great. The ones I’ve tried inside the shop have been just as great as the ones I’ve taken home. If you are looking for a nice relaxing place to vape and talk about vaping this is a great place to start.

Excellent service. This Arizona-​based company knows what they are doing. Hands down the best vape store experience I have ever had. Their tasting bar was perfect for finding the exact flavors I was looking for. The staff was friendly even while the store was packed. They answered all my questions and ensured I wasn’t overwhelmed with all the info too. I absolutely will be back.

I had a great experience today getting my e-​cig starter kit! Amazing service! Very personable and knowledgable. Let me try as many flavors and made it fun! Also, great prices! My starter kit with the smallest battery, glass tank and unique tip came to just under $ 54 (including tax) which elsewhere just for the basic kit no upgrades would’ve been atleast $ 50. Super satisfied and will only purchase here in the future!
