No muss, no fuss, in, and out. The baristas are receptive and helpful with recommendations if you’re new to their establishment. Their drive through windows make things even more expedient.

Ok, Kangaroo coffee has won me over. I love Dutch Bro’s but they do not seem to like the east or south ends of town, so they have lost my business and I avoid Starbucks at all cost. The people that work the windows are very friendly and keep a conversation going while they make your drink. My favorite drink is the white chocolate cinnamon. I’ve tried a few others, but there is nothing better then the cinnamon to warm your heart! They are also affordable and have decent sizes. I stop here anytime I am in the mood for the best coffee around!

I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn next door for the past 19 weeks. When I first started staying there I visited almost daily. But what I found was that I always get an over extracted latte for $ 6 after tip. I have since bought a decent pour over that I bring with me to avoid having to stop here. Honestly it bums me out because the people are extremely nice and I have had wonderful experiences at their other location in the past. I would hope that they would consider a different roaster and assessing the calibration of their machines.

They are pretty good. The employees are great to interact with, but the coffee is just standard. Right on par, but doesn’t make me thirst to come back every chance I get.

My runner-up, go-to coffee shop close to home Same concept as a Dutch Brothers: small building that is drive-thru only with baristas on both sides. I always go to Starbucks because of the service I get at the one on Barnes, but now that this one is closer to my new house I’ve been here a few times. I mentioned this to one of the employees(that I just moved close by) and she gave me a punch card with a free drink. And they give my dog treats, which he always loves. Sometimes the employees are just nice and other times they’re exceptionally nice. Never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, my only complaint is the coffee. My americanos are comparatively watery to what I’m used to, and I’ve never tried any of their other drinks. I’m pretty much a black coffee or black americano kinda girl.

I absolutely love getting coffee here at Kangaroo. The place is served by two baristas, one on each side of this little drive up shack. Once there you have an option of getting a hot, cold, or frozen(pretty much a frappé) drink. I personally indulge myself in the«caramel macchiato» with extra sweet, I’m assuming by the syrup(like they do at Starbucks) but I’m not quite sure, I have never asked. Either way, it’s my new addiction. You also get a free drink with a purchase of 10 drinks that you keep track of with their little punch card. If you get the chance to run by this little place, I would most definitely grab a drink or two… or three!

Just went here today with my bestie. It’s one of those cute, tiny drive-through coffee stands. We wondered why the menu wasn’t posted where we could see it while we were waiting in line, so we had to wait until we reached the window to look it over and decided what we wanted. The barista was friendly, very quick and made our drinks in a flash! I ended up getting the caramel mocha, which was pretty good, and my friend got the caramel macchiato, which she didn’t like, as it was apparently pretty light, and needed more work. Overall, I would say it’s a decent place to get coffee if you’re in the area.

Quick and friendly service! Their drinks are always spot on and yummy. Personal favorites are the frozen peanut butter-chocolate, and the Mexican Mocha. Sign up for text alerts and get crazy awesome deals! Things like BOGO, and $ 1, $ 2, $ 3 drinks.

My fiancé and I recently moved to COS and we found this little gem. Every time we go the employees are so extremely nice and you leave with a smile on your face. The drinks are pretty good too! We lobe the white chocolate cinnamon blended drinks. Its so delicious! Seriously, even if the coffee was bad I would still go back just because of the service.

The people that work here are awesome! They are super friendly, they are super generous, they seem to really enjoy their jobs. Now they may be drinking the all the coffee which would explain a lot(go and you’ll know what i’m talking about). They have their party times, where they blast music turn on dance lights and they literally dance. Here is the funny part… I’m not really a coffee person, but I’m on their text message list, I have the loyalty cards in my car and I find myself wanting to go get coffee when I don’t need any. Out of all the coffee places I’ve been they don’t make you feel like«why don’t you know what you want?» they aren’t snobs like some coffee places I’ve been to. They just serve good coffee with good people. If you aren’t on the text message list you need to be. They have $ 2 days, $ 1 nights like ANY size. It’s crazy and often. I wish I had the code for you but ask about it yourself when you go. O, and if you are in the mood for coffee and a ton of sugar get the Avalanche it is Delicious!

If I remembered to check in every time I was there I’d no doubt be the Duke. The baristas are super friendly, generous and helpful. I’ve never left feeling like I don’t want to go back. Even when I end up with a caffeine headache! Coffee without attitude and the over roasted taste of that other place.

Kangaroo Coffee is a great little drive-thru coffee spot. I love their iced coconut mochas and the service is always fun and friendly. Skip Starbucks and support a local business with better coffee.

How the actual Fu*k did i not know about this place. this whole time, i have gone to god awful startbucks. I knew their coffee was bad, but i still drank that starbucks burnt stale coffee crap. But oh the Kangaroo coffee saved my life. AND they use Royal Crest milk. The best milk in the world, their coffee blew my mind. I still dont think its real, it was probably a dream, yeah, definitely a dream

This is my second time trying this place and it is amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and they get your order to you FAST! Both times the person making my coffee was an absolute joy to talk to! The first time I went I asked the guy what was good and he made me something that wasn’t on their menu, a frozen hazelnut and caramel coffee… Soooo good! I also love the decorations/design of the store and how it’s a 2 window drive through! It isn’t cheap, though it’s comparable to Starbucks prices, but it’s definitely somewhere you have to try! If you’re meeting someone for coffee or want to get some work done though, it’s just a drive through so you can’t go sit inside. Delicious and highly recommended!!! I want to see them expand to more places… Maybe in Dallas where I go to school!!!

This was my first visit to any of these shops. It was 4:30pm and I had a long night of studying so I thought I would try this new place that popped up. It’s pretty good, and I will be back to try other drinks and their brewed coffee too. Being a local, Colorado Springs owned shop, I’m a bit dissapointed in their choice of selecting a Denver based roaster to provide their beans. Plenty of great local, large volume rosters here in town(Switchback, Colorado Coffee Merchants, R&R, Mission to name a few). The latte I ordered was good, but different. Definitely not their fault, in fact, I’m super happy it was different. I ordered my drink with coconut milk. My body doesn’t take kindly to cups of dairy and soy is something I try to avoid when I can. Turns out they offered coconut milk as a third option! Never had a coconut milk latte, but its better than I expected. Coconut milk is thin, so therefore my latte was thin. I guess you can’t really froth up this milk. Glad to drink it though! Excited to go back and try their other drinks! Glad to see a non-Starbucks, easy drive-thru coffee shop in the area!
