Sephora in JCP

I love this place! It’s usually not too crowded, and it’s easy to get in and find what you want quickly. The staff always offers to help, and they are great at answering any questions you have. They will help you find exactly what you are looking for if you let them know what you need.

Candy was awesome and a fellow CA transplant. Again having lived here about a month I thought I would have to go to Denver to get my Sephora. This was surprisingly a very clean, nice, new JCPenneys and Sephora was right in the front of the store. Candy was the first salesperson to greet me and took the time necessary to really help me restock on makeup (more natural, less drag queen looking) than some shops I’ve been to around here. I also was able to get help finding specific products for my skin which hasn’t been loving the extremely dry weather here. Candy helped me pick out some really good stuff and I found my Shiseido moisturizer. Was it pricey, it’s Sephora, Shiseido and other high end products so yes but I did get a discount and freebies so all in all it’s what you would expect: quality, price and selection. They even had the Evian canisters of spray to keep your gave moisturized in this super dry climate. Super happy and satisfied with the excellent level of customer service from Candy and Sephora.

I went there on my birthday about a week ago and I had the best experience ever. Michael was the associate who helped me find all of the makeup and skincare products I needed. They had a cool tool that helped to find my exact foundation color. This was my third time here, and twice Michael has been the person to help me. I also received a birthday gift, which was sweet.
