Just had bogus credit card charges from this place for $ 200, $ 200 & $ 500!!! Denied! Not sure who is at fault but watch out.

What a bunch of crooks!!! What kind of bottom feeding heartless b**ches take advantage of people during Christmas?! So I walk in clueless about perfumes or their prices, I was originally there to get a bottle of CK’s euphoria for my wife. The sales rep was really friendly and I thought she was helping me out, I smelled this fragrance called pure pink, smelled good so I inquired about price…$ 69.99, the bottle of euphoria was $ 75, I took the new fragrance without doing any research. I get home and get a hunch to check it out online. I was sold a $ 14 bottle of perfume for $ 75 fkn dollars! I feel dumb as hell but I will find a way to recoup my money!!! Heathen bish!!!

Those fu**ers gave me wrong prices and tricked me into buying from them

Do not buy your fragrances here! I originally walked into their Citadel location and was smart enough to walk out without buying anything. I was interested in a few different perfumes and the salesperson was very polite in recommending stuff and letting me smell them. What I found weird was the insane price markup and I did some price comparisons for a Dior perfume and it was more than what it was at Sephora or Ulta. The price markup was at least twenty dollars more for some bottles. I walked out only to come back in a few weeks later when I was up at Chapel. Usually I’m a damn good shopper and compare prices everywhere but I saw the 40% off sign and had to come in. I was told the perfume I was last interested in and liked had that sale so I walked out with a $ 40 3.4 fl oz bottle of perfume. At the time, I thought I was getting a fantastic deal for such a huge bottle of perfume only to Google the perfume and realized it was only going for $ 20. What a huge rip off and I can’t return my bottle due to store policy! Not coming back in here again!
