McDonald’s

It’s fast food. I should know better. We should all know better. But it happens anyway. It’s alright, the food is alright, the service is alright… but it’s like a one night stand, you’ll probably regret it and it won’t be worth it.

I always have a great experience at this McDonald’s, as the workers at the drive thru (my most common way of ordering) are so personable and positive. This particular visit I had was definitely phenomenal, thanks to Nathan who took my order. Great personality and wonderful service! Keep it up guys!

The worst!!! They missed 2 items from our orders, our buttermilk chicken was old, 2 burnt ones & the chicken was literally hard. Inedible!!! The drive thru lady was rude as hell! She talked to us like we are her kids!!! She kept correcting us when we were ordering. Not going back ever!

Terrible. In the last couple of months the wait at the drive through has gotten longer and longer. The bad part is they don’t acknowledge it at all. You’ll sit at the window for ten minutes or more while they completely ignore you, then when they bring your food no mention at all. No apology. No «thanks for waiting » nothing. Rude. Even though they’re close to my house i won’t be back.

Literally the worst McDonald’s ever. The staff was awful, complete lack of acknowledgment for the customers. On top of that the inability to apologize definitely made this location a «never again» trip. Would not recommend to anybody, even if they were homeless.

Visited the place twice prior to review. Went drive-​thru so can’t speak to inside cleanliness or service. Great customer service and fresh food made to order correctly. The outside looks dated. Not a modern McDonalds. However the reason for the full stars is due to personnel. Courteous, respectful, friendly service by young adults. Kareem and young lady on ⁶⁄₂₈. Young man ⁶⁄₁₉. Around 630p. Just wanted to acknowledge as appears from other reviews that service appears to be an issue at location.

I have been to this location many times and usually just get a coffee and use the internet with no problems. Well this time was much different and we caught it on video. A woman came up to the counter and approached the manager and asked why she got Dr. Pepper instead of Chocolate milk for her daughter and that she found a bone in her McNuggets. This set the manager off and he gave a shrug and a couple insulting comments to the woman as she walked away. My other half and I were sitting right there at the end of the counter, when he leaned over the counter and yelled «Maybe you should smoke some more crack». He also told the family of three that the play area was closed and to get out. Yes, this coming from a McDonald’s manager. I couldn’t take it and neither could my other half. I immediately got up and went to the woman and said that wasn’t right and if she filed a complaint, that I would write a statement. But, my other half got up and told the manager he should apologize and he came back at her with a «are you smoking crack too» and «I don’t f-​ing care you white trash people». He then tried to kick us out and told us to use the internet somewhere else. Well, my other half smartly started filming this idiot and it’s all on YouTube and here’s the rest of the story. Unfortunately this was all done in front of everyone, including a little girl. I am being kind about what the manger was spewing from his mouth. Not one employee stuck up for the family and told the manager he was wrong. Amazing how some people wont stand up for what’s right. What’s America coming to?
please make this go viral and get this jerk fired. McDonalds should be ashamed to have an employee like this. It’s not as if market share isn’t dropping enough. Once this video goes viral… who knows what will happen.

Also, the cops were called and they got his sorry a*s to admit what he had said. The cops even called the store owner as to this unacceptable behavior.

I give them zero stars if I could. I waited at the counter for a little over 3 minutes before this cracked out looking guy came to take our order. Not friendly at all. When our meal was ready I had to ask for a boys toy instead of 2 girl toys. (My kids were at the counter with me. Clearly he could see them.) He acted as if I was asking for a lot. He then shouted sarcastically to the team and I quote, «Does anyone feel like going to the back to get a new box of boy toys?» I was about to jump over that counter and smack the him. I felt disrespected! Not that McDonald’s would really care if I complained. I’m sure they get complaints everyday. They need to train their workers to be more like Chick-​fil-​A employees. Honestly that’s where I wanted to go but it’s my daughter’s birthday and she wanted to play here. I also watched several DRUG deals go on in the parking lot. Not a safe McDonalds to bring your kids! And all there employees park in the front parking spots. So to end the story the food was terrible and service was even worse!!! Oh ya and they did have a boys toy right under the counter. He was just too lazy to look. Another employee came by and told him.

After the last time we went here, my boyfriend and I decided not to come back. We waited over 10 minutes for «fresh» food to come out, but the fries were cold and the buns were hard and dry. The chicken sandwich was burnt, both the bun and bacon, and the chicken was chewy. The staff was very rude and the lady at the drive thru was too busy talking with some friends to care about service.

Love this place. Great customer service and fast. I live just down the street from this place and go here regularly. I have had a great experience at this McDonald’s location when I go get my mocha and pie fix (and now McRib fix)

Wow. The service at this Mcdonalds in Colorado Springs was Nordstrom like, quick effecient, happy, and on and on.
