I’ve come here for MANY years. They always have excellent service, along with excellent food. :)

The bagel sandwiches are quite good here. They are packed with ingredients and really delicious, and the cream cheese is absolutely amazing. The café itself was quite busy when I came in on a Friday around 10:30am. Service was quick, but only the young lady who took my order really seemed to want to be there. The tall gentleman who acted as my cashier yawned several times and never looked me in the eye. I was somewhat disappointed in the attitudes of the workers beside the girl who took my order. The food is somewhat expensive; one bagel sandwich and a soda added up to just over $ 10. Fortunately, the food is worth the cost. There needs to be some tweaks to the servers’ attitudes and Olde World would earn a 5th star.

The bagels were delicious and light. The staff seemed a little standoff-ish though. As a Jersey girl I tend to be a bit of a bagel snob, but these were yummy ill be coming back.

The older, taller gentleman with glasses who works the register — Let me take a wild guess and say you’re the owner of this shop. Good bagels. YOU, sir, are a big old grouch and you make the entire experience at this store negative. This isn’t the proper way to get locals to come back. Acting as if this is the only bagel business in town doesn’t make me want to bring my family or friends here. I understand you might hate your life because you’re old and all you have is a bagel shop, but that’s no reason to take it out on the customers. Cheer up, you old grinch.

Horrible service! And to find out it was the owner of the business?!! Extremely unfriendly and cold… every time I spoke he stared at me like he wanted me dead. I’ve never seen anything like it! Wish I could take back my $ 45 because it seemed like he didn’t want to sell me bagels when he’s in the business of selling bagels! Biggest pet peeve– no «thank you» either which is the absolute very least one is supposed to do in the food service industry. The owner should not be helping customers at all unless he wants to continue to alienate people one at a time!

Bagel sandwich was good. A bit high priced but I just didn’t want another burger. For the price, nicer plates & cups would be great. Styrofoam says cheap. But like other reviews say, everything is just a little dirty in the seating area, especially the floor. After an hour, I still have not seen an employee walk through the seating area to wipe anything down, sweep anything up or straighten a thing. Shame(Chef Ramsay tone)

Close to several hotels and a much better deal than paying $ 14 for breakfast at the DoubleTree. Good selection of bagels and toppings. Decent coffee. Opens early!

Yum! My bagel was so yummy. I had a pumpkin spice latte — not my favorite coffee but was still good! I’d go back

Came here on a Monday after hearing they had the best bagels in town. I got an everything bagel, toasted, with butter. The bagel itself was good-nice crispy crust, soft and chewy on the inside. Plus it had salt on it, which is something I personally love on an everything bagel. My only complaint is that the bagel was hardly toasted, which did not help to melt the butter at all. With that, there was so much butter oozing out of it. I will definitely be back, but next time I may get bagels to go, and toast/butter them myself at home.

Good quality bagels and customer service. But the quality of the breakfast sandwiches is lacking. For one they use egg beaters cooked in a microwave. Second the use the microwave to cook the meats. Not the worst breakfast I’ve had but better ingredients and cooked correctly would make it a five. Nice friendly people and nice sitting area to relax.

Best assortment of bagels and spreads in this part of Colorado Springs. Easy to see why it’s a favorite of locals and troops from Fy Carson!

Great food for an unbeatable price if you use the 10 dollar coupon when you spend 20 dollars. Overall great food the only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because of the slim menu. Not too many choices for sandwiches or sides but other then that if you can find what you want here the place has excellent food.

Bagels are good, the rating is towards the grumpy taller older gentleman that works there. I believe he may be the owner. I have been here several times and usually he is the one working the register. Every time I have been there he has looked miserable, and very cold to the employees and the customers. Never a smile, always just the grumpy, I hate my job look/attitude. After receiving poor service here from him in the past I thought I would give it one more shot last week and went in on Friday. I walk in to the shop, and he greets me with«We are closed today!» and he said it with an attitude like I should already know they were closed. There was no closed sign up anywhere and the front door was unlocked. I will not shop here again. My review is solely based on this one employee. The other employees that usually take the order are all very nice.

Decent enough. If you’re in this area and want a sandwich, you’re probably best off eating here. I’m torn between 3 – 4 stars here, but rounding up. One negative is that I asked if they had GF options for my wife and they said, «that’s a dirty word around here.» This is Colorado, man, not New Orleans. GF is pretty mainstream, so they should consider that.

Initially, I loved this place, prices were right and everything tasted pretty good. I loved how cozy it is inside and the décor. Since it’s so close to my school and affordable compared to campus food, I come here every now and then. Usually between classes or after. Customer service is usually really good. Came in today and left with mixed feelings. The tables were extremely dirty I had to walk past the third table by the window until I found a table that didn’t have crumbs all over it. I was filling my coffee and their dispenser is very sloppy. Not a steady stream of coffee. Kept sloshing out of my cup and onto the counter or me. Got the salmon bagel for the first time while my mom got a plain bagel and some soup. We both got cookies since we had a deal for $ 10 off of $ 20. Cashier looked miserable, like he was going to die but the guy helping me pick a bagel was really nice. I usually have their blueberry bagels and already know they stick way too much crème cheese in them. Hence, I do it myself. The salmon bagel was like eating a big mac with the way it was stuffed with veggies and crème cheese. Lots of juice dripping out. Bread ended up very soggy and everything blended together, pretty gross tasting. Sugar cookie was the weirdest sugar cookie I have ever tasted, definitely no distinct sugar cookie taste but better than my mom’s chocolate chip cookie. She let me try her cookie and it was way too sweet to finish. Soup wasn’t great either. Not sure if I’d come back here for anything more than coffee and a simple bagel. Nothing in here other than the bagels are really that tasty and I never knew a eatery could get so dirty!

Local bagel shop. Sandwiches were a tad pricey($ 7) for what you get — a bagel, toasted(or in some cases nuked!) with a few slices of meat and cheese. Coffee was weak — really so weak that once i added the cream it looked light dirty water.

Went there last week and i always thought this place was nice however that time the owner was taking orders. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but he was super unfriendly cold and just rude in my opinion. He looked totally pissed and we sure felt it. I almost felt like going elsewhere for my quick breakfast but not enough time to waste… Probably wont return due to the owners attitude that day. Im not giving my money to people with bad attitudes. Too bad as the other people there are usually friendly and chill.

I came here on a Monday morning around 8am. I was staying at the Doubletree hotel, which is right across the street. I got a multigrain bagel sandwich with egg and ham, and a latte. My order was ready quickly and the prices were reasonable. On Mondays, there is a 20% military discount, and there were lots of military professionals taking advantage of their discount. Definitely a good breakfast option, especially when staying at the Doubletree.
