If it weren’t for the price would give this place five stars over and over again. First of all I stumble upon a lovely receptionist(Betty), she was kind, helpful, endearing and oh so sweet. I would take her as my receptionist any day. The other receptionist was ok too, but more of a DMV quality employee. She appeared to be ready for her«it’s 5’o’clock somewhere» drink, at about 10am. ;) As far as the class goes, Carol was on point. Lots of information to cover and she did it quick and did it well. It was a 3 hour class packed with 5 hours of information. Out of our 3 hour class she spent 3 minutes going over fines(negative comment in someone’s previous Unilocal). It wasn’t meant up scare, rather to inform and had she skipped past that part I’d seriously question whether to take my new Realtor title serious. I appreciate everyone and am no longer scared(referring to previous Unilocal, again) to sit through a class!

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Denver, CO
What is a real estate agent in Larkspur or Monument or Castle Rock to do? Pay twice, learn two systems and get a supra lockbox key. That’s what. Pikes Peak area Multiple Listing Service(MLS) will black mail you into a board membership to list a home on the MLS in Colorado Springs. In Denver there is no such requirement, you can choose if you want to be a member of a board of Realtors or not be a member of a board of Realtors. This really helps new and young entrepreneurs when they are just starting out. I now get to take a class on how the Pike Peak Multiple Listing System works, because the Denver MLS and the Pikes Peak MLS apparently don’t get along. This problem is not going to go away with the front range growth. I have learned the hard way that if I list something on the Denver MLS in the Pike Peak area that the Pikes Peak MLS does not show it, unless the searcher goes to a secret hard to locate section of their MLS. The Denver MLS picks up listings on the PPMLS so I just figured it was a two way street. It is not a two way street, you will be getting black listed with out knowing it. I find it the ultimate hypocrisy that they teach ethics, and pretend to defend consumers, yet use these blatant steering, and discriminatory tactics.
