Pine Creek Wine and Spirits

Overall, this is a good liquor store. The staff is friendly and accommodating; although I don’t think they speak very much English. If you go in knowing what you want, then this is your place. If you want white glove treatment from the staff or recommendations on what you should buy I would go somewhere else. There really isn’t any element of customer service that I have experienced here. …but that’s not a bad thing for those of us who have an agenda and just want to get in & get out.
I did notice recently that one of their front windows right by the entry door had been broken. The culprits only made it through the exterior pane of glass though so nothing was taken as far as I know. I thought it was a little strange (this is a nice part of town) but they had it repaired within a couple of days. I don’t know why I mentioned that, but this liquor store is honestly not very interesting.
If I had one gripe, I would say that the parking lot is an accident waiting to happen. It’s one of the really weird-​to-​navigate jobs where people have to come to a complete stop when anyone decides to pull out of their parking space because the lanes are so narrow and there is a bottleneck left turn to a busy grocery store/​bank/​gas station right nearby.

The lady is always rude and everything is too overpriced by $ 2-​$ 3 compared to other stores in the neighborhood. The only convenience is that it’s right next to a King Soopers, but still not worth it.

Janes and Jennifer are super friendly and helpful. Decent selection. Convenient location.

Easily the best store in North Colorado Springs. We have been going there since we moved here 5 years ago. Jennifer & James, the owners, are always as nice as you can ask from any human beings. We are lucky to have them as a business in our community. If you want a good choice & great customer service, you should definitely take your business to this store.

Walked in the place … no greeting or acknowledgement that I was in there. Typical of Oriental run business. Checked out and didn’t say anything to see if they would let me out without saying anything to me. Almost made it but she did thank me.
I found the prices are on the high side too.

Stopped in here to grab something to take to a party and I was really impressed. It’s a very nice little shop with a great selection of wine and beer. Looks like just a strip mall style liquor store, but it’s much better than the average.

This is definitely where you need to go if you are shopping for good wine. They rotate the stock so you’re not stuck looking at the same old bottles week after week. It is NOT one of those mega alcohol warehouses that carry tons of wine — most of which is junk. If you shop local and support small businesses then you need to come here. The couple is knowledgeable and very helpful. The do carry beer and hard liquor but we love the wine selection, check them out.
