Ragamuffins

I had microdermabrasion & glycolic peel on my back a few weeks ago by Michelle. My back looks great and the service was amazing. The ambiance was soothing and inviting. I will go back to this spa.

i had an appointment with michelle, who i think is the owner of the place. she’s very professional and friendly, and although it was my first time for the procedure — it was a lot less painful than i was expecting. the atmosphere of the whole place is pretty nice, and they have a reception area with coffee/​hot cocoa. they’ve got nice music, good smelling candles, nice products.
the only other waxing place i’ve been to in the springs is paloma spa (downtown, on tejon), and i’d say i prefer this place better. at ragamuffins they use more pre/​post soothing products, which i really appreciated!
the only problem is that it’s hard to find, but ragamuffins’ owner told me there are directions to it on the web site — i just didn’t look. but on my way as i was lost, i called and they were very helpful with the directions.
