****WARNING***** If you have bought a Groupon from this place do not schedule your apt before reading this. Try and get your money back and please pay the extra amount to get a correct massage. I should have taken heed on the bad reviews I read prior to coming in yesterday the 19^th of March. I know the Groupon is at a discounted rate for a few reasons. One is to generate new business. This however has made a never ever return customer. First off this was the very first time my boyfriend and I both had a massage so the excitement was for sure there. The office is small and not at all as expected from other salons/​spas I have been in. There was a male and female massage therapist. I got the woman and my boyfriend got the man. So first off that was a bit different. A man rubbing down my man. Not at all romantic. They both asked if wanted to upgrade to a deep tissue massage. We declined based on having already paid for the services we wanted and didn’t want to spend their tip money on a upgrade. The male therapist gloated on how great this would be for my boyfriend and stated based on his motorcycle accidents that he would do the deep tissue at no additional cost. Be aware. My boyfriend can not even move this morning. Deep tissue in Serenity Day Spas eyes is let me take my elbow and dig it into random parts of your back. My massage was so/​so. You could tell by my massage they only put in Groupon pricing effort. My boyfriend stated there was no rubbing involved in his massage just elbows being pressed into his back. This was not a good experience what so ever. I will never be back to this place ever again and only wish I would have taken the reviews seriously. So please try and get your money back if you haven’t already booked your apt!!!

I have not even been to this establishment. I’ve called 5 times during business hours and got no response. I left an email earlier this week and received no response back. My girlfriend called today 4 times during lunch and twice around 3:00 PM. No answer. I just called after hours hoping to leave a message and the phone won’t except incoming calls. I am very disappointed by the service of this business and will not be using their services again. Sadly, I purchased a coupon and am forced to use it.

So my boyfriend and I had a couples massage here. When we got there, there was no one in the waiting area to greet us and we just figured we should fill out the papers sitting on the counter. Then once we got in the room, my boyfriend had a young lady, and I had a younger guy. The massage was just okay overall, but oh my goodness he was breathing on me with his mouth open the ENTIRE TIME. And I swear to you he had got sick right before he massaged me because his breath smelled HORRIBLE. I was holding back my gag reflex the entire time. During the massage he would use his forearm to rub my legs and arms with added pressure. However, his arms had recently been shaved or something and they were stubbly as all get-​out. It seriously felt like he was rubbing my arms with a cactus at times. So… overall, it was not a good experience. My boyfriend says that his massage was okay. I think I just got the short end of the stick on this one.

Today my husband and I had a Swedish couples massage and hand massage/​scrub. It was absolutely heaven. Mireya massaged me and Shay massaged my husband. I would say do not judge this place by the outside. The inside is beautiful, clean and quiet. We ended up being 10 minutes late and they were so accommodating and nice.
The massage was fantastic. My husband was a first timer and he couldn’t stop talking about how relaxed he felt afterwards. The hot towels and hand scrub just was amazing.
We both can’t wait to schedule our next massage.

This was my first time here and I purchased it because I saw it on groupon. Definitely not a fan of this place, I have gotten many facials before and this one did not compare! When getting a facial it should make you feel relaxed, instead it made me feel the opposite of relaxed and I wanted it to end as soon as possible. There were just too many things wrong with the place, the atmosphere of the room was not relaxing and they had the music very loud in the room. Another thing was she put so much lotion on my face and was just smearing it around, I had to wipe my face afterwards to get off some of it. Sad to say, I will not be returning to this day spa.
