Thuys Nails and Spa

Do not recommend. 1^st off owner is nice but is very painful. She has no regard for what she is doing and how rough she is. She ruined my nail beds. Then there is a couple (man & women) who have 2 children and use the salon as daycare. Considering the kids are either running around or crying you would think they would be a more child friendly salon. They are downright rude to little children when they are not theirs but it’s fine their kids are terrorizing the place! ??! Wtf!

I loved this place. I thought my techs were awesome, I was laughing from the time I walked in to the time I left. They were so much fun and I really loved my nails. I think they did a great job. I would recommend them and I will go back.

Recommend never coming here. Poor service. Don’t follow through on appointments. Asked me to wait 15 minutes even though there were clearly other people and I had an appointment.

It’s only been 2 days and my nails are already CHIPPED!!! I don’t get gel (shellac) nails just for them to chip faster than regular polish. And the customer service was subpar! I give this place 1 star because my toes are holding up and I can’t give them less than that.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever received. It was done so fast and they didn’t even touch my heels. (I’m a dancer so I dance barefoot a lot of the time). I had an older lady who then messed up my transaction at the end of the appointment. This place was disappointing.

Friendly and didn’t have to wait! Clean and comfortable.
BUT! My shellac started peeling off the very next day.
I will not be going back! Quality is important and this did not measure up to other nail salons

I drove 40 minutes to this salon because their google reviews were amazing. I set up an appointment for 6:15 pm for gel nails (the liquid gel that’s cured under an UV light). Upon arrival I was informed the lady who was to do my nails thought I needed Shellac and furthermore she went home so I was out of luck. So then I asked if someone else could do gel nails for me and the reply was they didn’t even do them. It says on their website they do these and even has the right description! THEN, out of desperation I asked if they could do acrylics for me and the guy points to two blondes who came in after me and said «sorry we only have enough to do two more sets of acrylics and it’s for those two girls». I told him I drove forty minutes and I had to get them done that night due to a trip out of town for father’s day, and he had no compassion. It made me feel so awful. Please stay away if you need gel nails.

This is by far the absolute worst nail place that I have ever been to. I went in with my two daughters to get pedicures and they acted like they didn’t know how to do any nail design. They refused to do stars for my one daughter but did them for my other daughter. One daughter was not happy with her eyebrow wax. The tech told her she would not trim them with scissors. They did a horrible job on just plain lines in my pedicure. I’m sure our one tech was there against her will. I kept asking her if she was ok. I think this place is really shady. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

This was my first time here and I usually go to a different place but I thought I would try somewhere new. It was a nice nail spa and the people were friendly but I wouldn’t say it was an exceptional place. One thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t have a palette of gel colors to look at so you just had to choose a color by just looking at the nail polish bottles. Also my accent nail wasn’t the color I asked for. Overall this place is alright, but I’m going to stick to my usual nail salon. UPDATE: It has only been two days and my nails have already chipped and I got the shellac manicure.

Always accommodating, pleasant and excellent work. Thuys is a favorite-​one I will miss when I move from the area.

So nice! Clean, fun environment. Thuy is a hoot, she knows everyone by name and is always super friendly and accommodating! I had some issues with the acrylic lifting, she took me right in and fixed 100% no charge, no questions asked. Highly recommend! If Thuy doesn’t make you smile, you need therapy.
