Who doesn’t love a good sandwich? I mean, sure, you can make your own at home… but when it comes to fresh baked bread and fresh veggies/toppings, well then maybe you want someone to craft your sandwich for you. Which Wich is pretty darn good for sandwich crafting. They have a pretty unique and fun set up, too! When you walk in, you select a number from the menu on the wall and then you grab a bag with that number on it and mark what you want on the bag. You take that bag to the counter, and they make your sandwich. I like that they roll it up in paper AND foil, so it’ll keep your bread fresh and keep it from going hard if you store it in the fridge. They also have shakes which are super tasty! The staff was awesome and friendly, and the place was nice and clean. OH, and they have Mellow Yellow. :]

I like the way to order the sandwich — you dot out your options with a sharpie on a brown paper bag. The sandwich tastes pretty good too but $ 9.95 was a little pricey. Also the area to order is little congested and you cannot take enough time to select. There are people waiting and you gotta rush! Sandwich was ready quickly! Thumbs Up for the ladies!

Always a great fast, healthy choice for lunch. We have had great food and service every time we have visited. It is our go to when we are in the area. The staff is friendly. Their rewards program is awesome and the PBJ lunch program for the less fortunate will inspire you. Recommend you stop in!

Really good ingredients and they pack the sandwich full! Super quick and very reasonably priced. You get to build your own sandwich from a huge variety of ingredients. What’s not to like?

20 min wait and yet no food. If you’re going to have a rush don’t have new people working that have no clue. The entire wait not one sandwich was made. If I hadn’t paid I would walked out. If I could leave no stars I would.

Awesome sandwich place! Love the ability to choose my own ingredients on each sandwich! They also reward hikers in Colorado who conquer a 14er and bring a picture of their conquest. I have received two free sandwiches from this promotion! I recommend the Wicked and any of the turkey combos.

Decent place but not great any means. They are one step above subway. Jason’s deli is better or Mollica’s.

Food was ok, staff was very very helpful and friendly. Took a very long time to get our food though too — had to bring the kids out to the van and start a movie while waiting(and they were not busy — we were one of two sets of patrons there at the time).

Hands down one of the coolest sandwich shop I’ve ever been to! When you walk in there are 2 tables with brown bags categorized by number. The menu is on the wall and you correlate what brown bag number you choose by the number on the menu next to the sandwich you want. You fill out your brown bag with the sandwich type you want, toppings, condiments, hot/cold etc, include your name and take it to the register to pay. The staff is friendly, upbeat, and absolutely love what they do. The sandwiches are made promptly and built to perfection. They pack your sandwich with everything you requested, wrap it in tin-foil and slip it back into your brown bag for pick up. I love restaurants that use your name when your order is ready rather than calling a number– it’s more personable. I highly recommend this establishment if you’re in the mood for custom built hot or cold sandwiches. I will definitely be back!

Super attentive service– someone checked in with us as soon as we walked in and helped us newbies order our sandwiches, chatted with us at the counter, and made sure we were enjoying our lunch. Delicious sandwiches and the house chips are delectable! A little pricey but worth it for the taste and service!

OMG, this is the best sandwiches you can EVER get. I love choosing exactly what I want and the variety is awesome! The lady at the cashier(the same one O see everytime I go there) is super friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this Which Wich.

We are from Denver, CO and was in the Springs for a gymnastics meet on 11⁄16. The meet did not go so well for my daughter and all she wanted before we had to drive home was Which Wich. When we arrived inside, we were greeted by the most lovely woman. She asked if we have been there before and to let her know if we needed anything at all. We had a great experience ordering and waiting for our food. The wonderful gentleman who was making our sandwiches made a great suggestion for me next time which I really appreciated. Once I was eating my meal, I realized the cheese was missing. I went to ask for a slice of cheese and everyone was so apologetic. They took care of the situation and was so kind. The nice gentleman making our sandwiches came over again to our table to apologize. He then noticed my daughter was done with her meal. He asked her if she would like another sandwich and her eyes light up and said«YES!» He made her another sandwich and unknowing made her day. She forgot all about her disappointing gymnastics meet because Which Wich made everything great in her eyes. Not only is the food wonderful the service is the best! Thank you so much!

Seriously the best sandwich joint in town! Their bread is fabulous and the meat is fresh and sliced perfectly. I love having so many choices. The customer service is awesome!

I think they’re great, my hubbie thinks they’re alright. I even got a warm cookie that was a nice treat. We prefer a few other sandwich shops in town though.

Great idea. Quick and easy to order. Rusty was very friendly and courteous when showing us the ropes. Delicious food but the toasted WW was a little dry. Very kid friendly.

Cute idea and the sandwich is filling. The bread could be much better(big disappointment) and a higher grade of cold cuts would be nice. The Bowl option is a great touch. So much better than a Subway, but when you come down to it, just another sandwich shop with a gimmick.

this was good! I got a tuna salad bowl. you have the option of getting any sandwich as a bowl(good if you are gluten free!). $ 7 which seemed a little pricey(I didn’t get a drink or chips), but the bowl ended up being huge. you check off all the vegetables you want — you get a ton of each! you also choose your spices, cheeses, mayo and mustards, dressings, etc. so its completely customizable! for the bowl, you also choose iceburg lettuce or spinach, and you can get croutons. I checked off oil and vinegar and got a mix of the two in a side container. really good! quite vinegar-y. the only thing I didn’t like was I checked off crushed red pepper under spices and only got a few sprinkled pieces. next time I will try the hot pepper mix listed under spreads and sauces and see if its spicier. I would look at the menu on their website before going there cuz you need to choose the correct paper bag to write your order on. for instance, I got tuna so I needed to choose a bag marked seafood. the restaurant décor is pretty hip — light stained wood, black metal, and polished concrete floors. it is rather small. they also sell sodas, iced tea, shakes and cookies. this new store is in the same minimall as Starbucks, basically in front of Michael’s craft store.

This is my new favorite sub shop! They have so many different options that you will never have the same sandwich twice. The staff is super helpful and will explain everything to you. This is not your traditional sub shop. You write down what you want instead of putting your faith in the person behind the counter to get everything correct. If you get their large drink, you can bring it back anytime and it makes your combo cheaper! I also saw something really cool while on the way to the ladies room. If you take a which wich bag with you to the top of the 14er you just climbed, take a picture of yourself and bring it into them, you get something special! Guess who’s going on my next hike!
