We went into this location, having never been to one. The costumer service was fantastic. We got step by step explanations for the whole process of ordering and the food was delicious.

This location in the University Village is super friendly! I just witnessed the manager bring a bowl of water out for a lady sitting on the patio with her doggy. The view sitting on the patio isn’t bad either! The employees are all energetic as well!

Lunch that’s priced like dinner. 9 bucks for a tuna sub is expensive. The quality is above average(subway) but not 30% more expensive better. Customer service is good and the staff is friendly. As someone else said I don’t go to a sub shop for the customer service.

I like how I can easily customize what I want, and fast the service was. This was my first time here and loved every single part of it. Their small sandwich that was cut in half, was enough to fill me up for the day. I had a beef cheesesteak with provolone. I would definitely come back here.

I loved their customer service! It was my first time there and I had no idea what I was doing or how to choose/build my sandwich so it was so nice that we were greeted the moment my daughter and I entered the door and we were asked if we had ever eaten there before. When I replied no, a nice fella came around the corner and walked me through the process– then I built the craziest combination I could think of and BAM! It appeared shortly thereafter and became the best weird combo lettuce wrap carb free«sand“wich I’d ever had ;)

They had a bunch of good nonusual options when I went today, including a bahn mi! I could have ordered about five different sandwiches. I ended up getting a Monte Cristo with swiss and ate the whole thing. Monte Cristos are pretty much my favorite sandwich ever, and I only wish I had added bacon. Because, why not. Bonus that I was in town for a conference… since I was in the restaurant spacing out about efficiency in knowledge management, their lineup on a busy Saturday morning helped me articulate some ideas for my presentation tomorrow morning :) Thanks for the inspiration.

Second time in and great tasting sandwiches. Super fresh ingredients and bread taste great. Cost a lot more than Subway, but worth it. My son also really liked his shake. It is 2014… come on man no free WiFi? ??

I had really high expectations for this place. It’s a chain but they serve build it yourself sandwiches. The place is your modern typical fast casual chain. Clean lines, simple DIY ordering. The set up is pretty great. Look at the menu, grab the bag or your selected sandwiches number. They provide sharpies so you can mark all your specifications. They also gave a staff member right at the door to greet you and explain their system. You can choose your bread, meat, veg, sauces, extras right on the sandwich bag. Nice cause you don’t have to verbal everything. So, the customer service is impeccable. They are super friendly, enthusiastic, and thorough. With that said, I was very overwhelmed by the energy and animation of the staff. Hearing your sandwich order ready almost sounds like you won a prize. However, the sandwiches were so much less than a prize. In fact, they were kinda bad. I got a Rueben, my hubs got the wicked grinder. My sandwich was a dry baguette with tons of thousand island a smidgen of sauerkraut and I could barely see any meat or cheese. The grinder was just so so, meats were ok, but very scarce. We paid $ 24 for two sandwiches a very small bag of house chips. No drinks. The customer service was the best thing, but I don’t go to sandwich shops for the service so I won’t be back.

Which Wich Superior Sandwiches 5102 N. Nevada Ave., Ste. 130 Colorado Springs, CO80918 (719) 599-WICH (719) 598‑4329(fax) Hours: Mon-Sat, 10 am — 9pm Sun, 10 am — 7pm My computer was STILLONCENTRALTIME, but I was in Colorado and arrived an hour early to pick-up my online order. You get to put your sandwich together using a shopping list of ingredients in several categories: bread, meat, cheese, sauces, veggies, hot/cold among others. You can order a half for about $ 6(more filling than a foot long Subway) or a whole(about 14″) for just under $ 12. Sounds like a lot for a sandwich, but we made two meals out of the wholes for a meal at under $ 6 per person. We had the grinders one cold, one hot and a toasted meatball. The grinders were identical with salami, pepperoni, and cappiccolo, balsamic vinaigrette, banana peppers, red onion, tomato, and spices. One hot with spinach added after toasting and one cold with lettuce. With significantly more meat than YOUKNOWWHO they were very good and filling. My only suggestion wood be swapping out the pepperoni with mortadella, the more traditional«Italian» grinder choice, but it was scrummy nonetheless. The meatball sandwich was also good, but MAKESURETOSPECIFY«marinara» when you choose sauces or else you will NOT receive a traditional Italian meatball sandwich. This place is great for people who know what they like and how to put a sandwich together, but people like my wife who DONOTHAVE A CLUE how to cook a meal may have difficulty constructing an appetizing meal. Its hard to rate a sandwich place higher than any other sandwich place buut this one is pretty good :) You start off by writing on some brown paper bag, checking off items like what kind of sandwich and veggies ect. The sandwhich… the veggies are fresh and the chicken was delicious and tender. as far as subs go. they rank up there with the best :)
