I ordered Carmel macchiato but doesn’t taste anything like it. Taste like bland warm milk. Barista who was working on other orders wasn’t paying attention to what she was making. I saw her making apology to previous customer for messing up the order, but unfortunately I can go back to contest the order as I am already 10 miles away. Poor quality control.

This Starbucks sucks. They always take forever in the drive thru and can’t ever seem to make a drink right !!! The location on Mt Vernon is much better!!!

I’ve given this place so many chances because it’s right off the freeway on my way to school, but they always find a way to screw up my order. Drive thru sucks. Usually take 15 – 20 to get through it. Services sucks. Workers lack the ability to understand a complex order(when I go to others Starbucks, they get it just fine and on the first try). Drinks sucks. They’re either too watery or too cold. I’m over this place. Luckily there is another Starbucks across the street, not even 3 minutes away.

People need to calm down with the reviews! I’ve been to this place many times and I’ve only had my drink made wrong once, which is good because let’s be honest Starbucks are too busy at times and mistakes happen. The employees have my drink memorized and they are always nice. This is the only Starbucks I go to in this area!

Pretty small Starbucks. Never enough room. The baristas are the rudest here, including at the drive-thru. Ive been here several times to study and its always the same type of atmosphere. Havent went back. Recommend you do not go to study.

Placed a mobile order. Told me it would be ready in 3 – 6 min. Took over 20 min. Late to work. Really irritated with how slow the girl handling my order is taking. Never coming here again.

I hate this Starbucks it never fails they always get my order wrong and it makes no sense since i never order anything fancy! I stop at this Starbucks often since i drive right by it on my way to work, and i kick myself every time. They cant get a Trenta green tea sweetened or a Vente chai tea with nonfat milk right!

I like this place. Came here after we had to wait for our car to get fixed by the mechanic. All the employees we encountered this time and a few other times were all nice, joyful, and upbeat. They didn’t take too long to make our coffee and the setting is just like any other typical Sbucks. Nothing beats Sbucks fast wifi either & they don’t limit you to 30 min like Panera Or some other places. The downside is their location. Right on the curve of the street where everyone speeds by so I feel bad for all the older Sbucks people who are scared when they pull out of Sbucks. To make it worse, it’s really hard to get all the way to the left lane, so you can pull a u-turn if you need to go East on Redlands. If you end up going straight instead and don’t know the roads, you have to drive a little while past the on/off ramps before you can perform any type of u-turn.

This store continues to disappoint. I think they’re service was much better when they first started out. Granted they may be doing well financially, or at least I presume they are since they always seem to run out of items, but as far as customer service goes they seem to have lost their edge. Thankfully, there are a couple of stellar employees that actually greet us by name and know our orders but other employees just seems like they are irritated. Perhaps food service isn’t where they should be working but until then, they should smile and do their best to represent the company. Perhaps corporate could do a little QA at this store, their products are inconsistent. Until then, there are 2 stores about 3 miles away off of the 215 at Washington\Mt Vernon.

Never seem to get my s’mores drink correct; just because I don’t want marshmallow whipped cream does NOTINANYWAY mean I don’t want marshmallow sauce inside the drink! WTF?!? I mean, your advertisement depicts a drink with WHITE sauce in it, for crying out loud! Additionally, I am ok with mistakes(as we all make them), but when the dude taking your order is a douche, not so much!!! Will not go back– off to the coffee bean & tea leaf I go… see ya!

I order a mini and a tall s’mores frappuccino they gave a venti and a tall, it’s was $ 10 for 2 drinks and no sprinkles on top, we asked for the topping, she said they are out and a smart remark, it’s just a topping, so she offered to put the Carmel sprinkles on top I said ok, and she put very little on to, come on Starbucks we are spending $ 10 on drinks make it worth the money

Service could be better, they’re always running out of supplies(creamer, syrup etc), their music skips most days, small location. But they are open early and late for this area, which is convenient for me as a student.

March 28, 2015 at 5:00 pm I ordered two grande mocha frappes and two talls double chocolate chip frappes. After waiting more than 10 minutes, the two mochas tasted like water and chocolate. Horrible taste and instead of two talls double chocolate chips they gave me two grande double chocolate chips.

Very great location for a student looking for a place to study. This location isn’t too far from the local university(Loma Linda) and it doesn’t get too crowded the times I have been there. There is an option for a drive thru but it usually takes longer.

This is the Starbucks that I frequently visit to get my daily coffee fix. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are all very friendly, make great drinks, and take the time to learn your name and favorite beverage. You can tell that they are enjoying what they do, and help out their customers with a smile. The place itself is no different than your run of the mill Starbucks, although they do not have as many tables and chairs as other Starbucks may have. That being said, the place is clean, although it can fill up pretty quickly. There is an outside sitting area, but its location near a busy street might not be the most ideal place to enjoy a coffee, read a book or even study for that matter. I personally have not used the drive-thru window very often, but I agree with other reviews that state how busy it is. All in all, great Starbucks with great staff. If you’re looking for a Starbucks to drop in and grab a cup of your favorite drink, this is definitely the place to go!

I come to this particular Starbucks about once a week before I go into work in the mornings. I’m generally a huge fan of Starbucks and I love the especially bright and peppy baristas who work here. I leave here with a smile almost every time I go through their drive-thru. My go-to drinks are the Passion Tea Lemonade, Very Berry Hibiscus, Iced coffee w/cream+sweetener, or the White Chocolate Mocha w/soy+whipped cream. I highly recommend any of these to anyone and everyone – I love them all equally! I also love their chicken Santa Fe Panini, which is a little overpriced for its size, but I’ll get it whenever I have a free drink/food item reward to spare. The reason why I take off a star is because there may have been some unlucky instances in which I have waited 20 – 30 minutes to get my drink with via drive-thru. These days are very frustrating and make me want to give this location a 1-star Unilocal review, but I guess I have to rate this Starbucks based on my overall experiences here(which have been great for the most part). As a result, I have learned not to buy Starbucks on the days when I see a huge line forming. It’s fairly easy to see the line from the the street if you’re coming from the 215-N Washington St. exit. As I drive by, I can make a quick decision whether the line(or lack of a line) is worth the delay in my commute to work. Now, I waste less time waiting in long drive thrus in the mornings. Problem solved!

It saddens me to say I try to avoid this location now. I started to see that there were new faces working here. Since then whenever I went they got my order wrong. One Sunday I was in a hurry and went through the drive thru. There was one car in front of me and I was in line for 10+ minutes! The girl working the drive thru was having a conversation with the car in front of me! A long line formed behind me and the girl working the window didn’t care. I didn’t have time to have a 10+ convo with the girl or even pay for the drink they probably got wrong so I just drove past the window. I recommend driving less than a mile away from this one to the Starbucks across from Walmart. They seem more competent.
