Love this location. It’s by my house so this is my constant go to Starbucks. They are fast and friendly. I love doing mobile orders and they are always ready when I walk in and I’ve never had any issues here.

I had to make sure I came on Unilocal and gave my review. Two weeks ago 2⁄14. I came here with my fellow high school alumni. We were having a meeting to discuss our class reunion. When we first came their weren’t any seats available inside but within minutes someone was getting up. I love how spacious this Starbucks is. We have had meetings at other Starbucks and we were cramped up at a little table. I would like to thank the manager Monica and her closing team for giving us the best service ever! Monica helped me to decide on a drink and made sure it was exceptional. Everyone I was with had nothing but great things to say about their drinks. We all ordered another round. I am not sure of everyones name that worked that night. But I know there was a girl name Monica, one other young lady and a tall gentleman. It was kind of slow so Monica brought our drinks to us. I felt that was really nice. We stayed until closing and we forgot about time because of how good the music was. Kudos to the DJ for the night. They were about to close and Monica, the barista kindly told us that they were closing. She wasn’t rude about telling us to leave. She was really sweet. We packed up and danced out the door. This will be our meeting spot from now on. Thanks Monica and her closing team!

My experience was horrible it took them 15 min to get me a macchiato ther drive thru was slow and to top it off I told the girl I want to use my free coffee rewards. I’m a gold members and she said okay before scanning and she charged me avoid going here… And taste of my macchiato horrible

I didn’t care for the staff I encountered each time I went there, so I started going to the other one down on Washington. Id rather be in a small Starbucks with a friendly crew. There was a young gentleman barista that was particularly lost looking and couldn’t seem to hear me very well… I have to say that was annoying, that he couldn’t pay attention, I was the only one there. I am use to Starbucks employees being very on their game. Starbucks overall though is a Great… place to go… I love it.

Its so sad how the servers here pick and choose what customer they favor and not charge properly. I have been coming here for nearly 2 yrs now and have spent many days here studying. Today, I came in with my entire family and we order separately. I order my usual venti ice coffee with cream & sweetener and a tall vanilla bean frappuccino with a dash of chocolate syrup for my daughter. I asked the server why was the vanilla bean $ 4.05 and server said bc the additional charge for the chocolate syrup. I said«oh ok, even if its a dash of it?» She said yes. I went ahead paid for my order. My husband was up next and he ordered a VENTIQUADEXPRESSO with SOYMILKANDHAZELSYRUP and CARMELDRIZZLE and was CHARGEDONLY $ 2.75. So tell me if that is right?

Big starbucks. Has plenty of tables and space for all. However, the baristas can be very unprofessional at times. Very loud and their conversations about customers coming in are heard easily. Some baristas are nice, some aren’t. A must older barista lady can be quite rude. Not the best, but gave a higher rating for the amount of space here. Less people during the weekends !

Rude. Only thing I can say about this starbucks. Only reason they got 2 stars is because they were able to make my drink within the time frame the online ordering app estimated. First of all, I ordered an iced mocha with no whip. I put no whip as an option when I made my order. Something must be wrong with the app because this is the second time the baristas would not get the no whip part. I kindly asked the lady to just remove the whip cream. I could have asked for a whole new drink because if it isn’t made the way I want it, starbucks policy is to make it until I do. The barista at the other location was SUPER nice, offered to make me a new drink, but instead took off the whip with a spoon and changed the top for me. But not the lady at this location! As I attempted to nicely tell her the situation she continued to cut me off and say«it’s doesn’t say no whip cream» and continued to show me the sticker. She cut me off twice and I just asked her once more to take off the whip. She stared for 3 seconds, removed my cap, continued to use it and a spoon to remove my whip, got my mocha all over my cup, slide/threw the cup at me, and walked away. So I asked her for a new cup. Again, stared at me for 5 seconds and in the worse attitude ever, said of course you may!!! All in all, rude, terrible service, the mocha sucked, and she wasted more time doing it wrong than if she did it right from the beginning. She seemed to be in a rush but there was a total of 10 people in the store, 5 of which were employees. I will be contacting starbucks next. Don’t go here. The baristas at the location 30 seconds away are a million times better and would love to make their customers happy.

As much as I want to say something bad like the employees can be a bit noisy while people are doing work it gets overrided by the good customer service the employees provide. I come here on a regular to do homework on my break and EVERYONE seems to like the employees and manager here! From tipping well to taking pictures with the employees it’s great. Many of the baristas including the manager know people’s names as they walk in which is awesome for maintaining their customer base. Once again it can get a little noisy with their talking but there is plenty of space to do work, plenty of wall chargers, etc. Come in and see for yourself. I like this one better than the one less than a mile away!

I usually dont leave Unilocal reviews for starbucks because everyone is always so nice an always gets my drinks right… but this place… the white ladies that were there today were rude… like please. they do not need to throw attitude. im a gold member who goes to starbucks all the time… i get my drink an i ask for a venti water… the lady jus looks at me an says your gonna have to wait… not even in a nice voice. then a couple of minutes later she gives me that new small ass size cup of water an ice… whate er. i was like thank you an left. usually the baristas are like thank you have a great day… but i guess thats san bernardino for you. i wont be going to this starbucks again.

I look forward to not only my quad shot espresso every morning but the friendly baristas that have mastered the art of making it. I am a regular customer that drives past the Starbucks that is closer to my home to visit this location. Aside from being warm and friendly on a regular basis, the baristas at this location in particular are always upbeat and seemingly happy to serve. They continue to surpass my expectations with exemplary personalized service, so much so that I even visit them on weekends

I love starbucks coffee but not from here. In one week I stopped by 2 times, both of these times I was parked(with no cars waiting behind me) the second time I ordered a venti iced caramel macchiado and the girl asked me if it was ok if it was upside down and I said sure, I was in a hurry, she then hands me a tall sized drink. I tell her that’s not the right size and she checks her register and parks me. When she brings my drink it had no caramel like it usually does lol but at the point I just wanted to leave! I will not be going to this location any more.

My first visits to this location were not great. But I’ve returned to check them out and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and more importantly, I was able to get my drinks quickly. Good job guys! On a side note, I’m not a fan of being moved over at the drive thru so that drinks can be given to people behind me. I am all for moving the line along, but it seems as if drinks are being prioritized by level of difficulty. How about turning out drinks in the order in which they are placed? I hope to see this practice minimized!

I started going to this Starbucks because there is always a spot to sit. They also have super fast Google wifi. I stopped going because the staff suck. It’s always super dirty in this place, the trash is always full, and I always found myself cleaning the table I was sitting at. They also have the music very loud, which sucks when you’re trying to study. Especially when it’s always Brittany Spears and Drake that’s playing. The restrooms are disgusting. Lastly staff take up all the close parking forcing customers to park in the back lot.

Great study space with high speed Google wifi. Also lots of space to study. However, there’s something wrong with the staff here. I’ve heard them yell at one another. Also, I ordered a peppermint latte the other day, and the temperature was lukewarm. I was about to ask them to microwave my drink for me.

EDIT! Had a better experience these past couple times. They move up a star! TURNDOWNYOURCOUNTRYMUSIC! IT’S FREAKINGLOUD! Alright… you wanna know most people study/order at the Washington Starbucks across the street, even though this the Mount Vernon SB is bigger? From my experience: 1. The staff is less attentive. Multiple times I’ve seen the staff just talking on their phone behind the register while I’m standing there waiting to be helped. 2. It’s fcking cold in here. I dunno why there is an Alaskan draft that hits the bottom of the floor. I’m wearing pants; legs are still freezing. I really want to leave after being in there for 30 mins of studying because I’m about to get frostbite. Really, those two reasons make me not come back to this place very often. The only times I do come here now is because the Washington SB is packed.

This Starbucks has a lot of seating room. In fact, they have a long table near a wall to floor window that is perfect for studying. If you’re not into sharing a table with other customers, there are also individual tables along the wall near the entrance. If you’re looking for a place to study, this Starbucks may be the place for you. Otherwise, there drinks are your standard Starbucks fare.

I’m a gold star member and I LOVE Starbucks but I’ll remember to drive around the corner in order to avoid this place. My blonde roast was watered down, lukewarm and they wouldn’t even add cream to it citing that to add it would be a «health code violation». Really?! I told the young lady that they’ve done it for me at all other Starbucks and she informed me that they were all breaking the law. A discussion on which code she was referring to would’ve ensued if I weren’t so annoyed. So whatever… I won’t be back. Seriously — should’ve driven the extra mile or even hit up am/pm.

I used to think that the girls here are usually pretty nice and their drinks are a hit and miss… a lot of times the drinks are watered down. And for the girl that helped me at the window(today 6÷13÷14) and wanted to ARGUE with ME! You need to learn that your customers are RIGHT… especially if you want them to come back. You argued with me about whether or not latte meant hot… well here is the definition… A type of coffee made with espresso and hot steamed milk, milkier than a cappuccino. See where it says its made with HOTSTEAMED milk… latte’s are NOT cold and even if Starbucks doesn’t know the difference doesn’t mean you should freaking argue with your customers… you made me late to work! I will be calling your manager later today.

Starbucks located on Mt. Vernon Ave., in Colton, This Starbucks is nice & spacious with plenty of seats inside. This Starbucks never gets my order wrong! This place is clean and neat with good customer service. The staff here is really good & there is a nice atmosphere of people just minding their business reading or working on stuff. There you have my 5 star review now drink up.
