Yay they had the Pebble smart watch I wanted for XMas…
Radio Shack and Brookstone did not have THE XMAS GIFT of the season for geeks!
Great job BBM for having several pebbles on hand.
Better than Santa and Rudolph getting a Pebble watch.

The customer service at this store is subpar. I called them earlier in the day to make sure they had a product in stock and was told, unequivocally, that they did have the product and there was enough in stock that I could come later and not worry about there not being any left. I mentioned I was calling because I didn’t want to drive the 40 minutes it takes to get there in vain… the person on the phone assured me that would not be the case.
So I drove the 40 minutes it takes to get there only to be told – wait for it… wait for it – they were out of stock. The manager, of course, wasn’t there that day and I wasn’t given a specific date/​time that he’d return. Nor was I compensated for my wasted time/​gas in any way, shape, or form.
Thanks, Best Buy… will be sure to tell others about this great experience.

I happened to stumble upon this place when I was at the mall two weeks ago. I was looking for a store that sold Sprint phones and without looking for too long I found this store.
The staff is friendly and nice. They helped with all of my questions and helped guide me toward the phone that would best suit my wants and needs. This location had a lot of phones and accessories to choose from.
I decided to buy my phone from Best Buy Mobile because I could get reward points for my purchase, they offer a $ 10 per month insurance plan that will cover any damage to the phone and it is part of the buy back program which allows me to get a certain percentage of my money back at the end of 24 months when I am eligible for an upgrade that I can apply to my new phone. What more could I ask for?
As for the phone I chose? I got the Samsung Epic 4G and it was all because I was sold on the item by the staff. I am glad I got this phone, it is the best one I have had and when it is time to upgrade you can bet I will go back to this store.
