The representatives are really friendly and they have a lot of nice products on display. I wish they would have more of their actual stores instead of the kiosks. It feels like I’m talking to those sketchy phone vendors in the middle of the mall. I visited a physical Microsoft store out in Hawaii at Ala Moana a few years back and it was awesome, warm and inviting.(they had a lot of nice wood accents everywhere, and bar stools to sit in front of their products) Not like the Apple store whose ambient lighting feels cold, dull and boring. (I like my iPad and iphone, I just never enjoy being in their store)
