A bit stingy with key ingredients such as cheese and sauce. I know they’re new to town, but their staff was very young and seemed like they weren’t given adequate training. unless the training was: Give the customer the least amount of topping possible. I ended up with about 1⁄3 of my pizza being visible crust. The price isn’t terrible, but trust me, you will feel like you’ve been gimmicked. I still wish I had gone somewhere else. Stop being so stingy with the CHEESE.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. You start out by either building your own from a wide selection of meats and veggies or choose one of their signature selections. The first person takes down your name and write it on a piece of paper which has the signature selections already written on it and then assign it a number(metal tag). This number from the tag will also be written on this sheet of paper. This is done for each pizza ordered. The next person will add the different cheeses and/or sauces depending on the type of pizza that you order to the pizza dough. Then it will move on down the line to a third person who will add any additional toppings such as tomatoes, spinach, onions, peppers etc… This is where the paper and the assigned number will separate. The number(metal tag) will be on top of your pizza which will go into a wood fired oven and that paper that you started out with we go to the cashier which is the final stop where you will pay for your order, order a drink if needed, and or a salad. You will then wait for your pizza to be completed at the final prep area where they will have that paper that you started out with and that will become the sheet that your pizza will sit on top of. The whole process is faster than I’m explaining so done worry… Think of the process you go through at places like Chipotle. Now for the pizza! The crust is very light, crispy, and tasty. The ingredients meats, veggies, etc is very tasty as well. Good quality ingredients! You get about 5 slices per pizza. They have the usual fountain drinks as well as lemonade and a blood orange lemonade which is very good. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. The only problem I see with this establishment is the seating. The place is not big enough for the amount of people that will be coming here. Of course you can order your pizza to go if you wish. I think this is going to be one of my favorite spots especially during the summer. They have a patio seating area. I definitely will return so if you’re in the Harbison area please check them out you won’t be sorry.

Fast casual, brick oven pizza concept that gives you endless options for customization at a very decent price. Walk in, and start down the line like you would at any of your favorite fast casual spots. 4(?) sauce options, various cheeses, meats, and veggies make it like a pizza playground to choose, or go with one of their well thought out menu items. I went with the green stripe, but then added red onion, bacon, and roasted garlic at no additional cost since the menu pizza was same price as creating your own. High quality ingredients, a light and delicious crust, great customer service makes this a great choice for that quick pizza fix that won’t put you on the couch right after. 4 stars while the line staff get comfortable with high volume, but that won’t take long to make it a 5 star fast casual option. Welcome to the neighborhood guys.
