Love this place, always a nice relaxing time and have never had a bad meal. Great drink specials and great place for a date

First trip here. Quaint and lively, they are rushing to serve exquisite food. Appetizers of sweet potato tacos with corn, followed by gourmet nachos(yes it’s possible), and a hush puppy that I can’t remember the name of was wonderful. Then main courses of salmon with honey teriyaki and chicken fresco. Both were memorable. We will return!

This was our first time at this quaint restaurant. We enjoyed every aspect of our dinner experience. The restaurant was very busy but we were seated quickly. Our server, Kenzie, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was outstanding, we just wish we left room for dessert. We will be back very soon and hope to have Kenzie as our server.

Food was really good. Server was very attentive. This restaurant has very good small plates and good. Drinks were tasty too. We had a table of maybe 15 people and the service was awesome. Lauren did a tremendous job waiting on all of us.

We were looking for a local place to eat and came across this great place. The food was of excellent quality, in just right amounts and the atmosphere relaxing and hip. Our waitress was terrific. The best cheeseburger I think I’ve ever had, and the roast beef sandwich was second to none per my husband. Thank you for a great experience!

The menu was short and sweet: not a lot to choose from, but something for everyone. Our waitress, Alex, was warm, friendly, and very attentive from the time we walked in the door til the time we left. One of the best waitresses we have had ANYWHERE in a really long time. We started out with the beer and cheese dip with warm buttery soft pretzels. My husband had the glazed salmon topped with slivered almonds and a side of mac and cheese with a velvety smooth pepper jack sauce. I had a chicken picatta with a delicious bright and briny caper and lemon sauce with pieces of ham and chunks of mushrooms. I wish I had saved a chunk of my warm pretzel to mop up the sauce left on my plate, it was that good! We also took a piece of the lemon cheese cake to go and we barely got home before we devoured it. The food really was great, the only thing I wish I could have changed was that it took a while between the appetizer and the main course. If you were in a group having a couple drinks, this would have been perfect. I’m already looking forward to trying the artichoke cakes, and the brie burger next time. And hopefully the weather will be better and we can take advantage of the patio!

Wonderful experience. Came to CoMo to take mom out for Mother’s Day. All the usual places were packed and had no interest in a chain. Unilocal sent us and we will certainly go back! Lovely waitress even though busy on Mother’s Day. Artichoke cakes amazing as well as the salmon! Bravo!

We’ve been here a few times and really like this place. The food has always been good, the service has been hit and miss. The nachos and pretzels are both delicious, but don’t get the wrong idea, this place serves much better than the standard bar food. Plus the specials seem to be on point so be sure to find out what they are from the server. They also have a nice patio for when eating outside seems like a good idea.

My friend & I had dinner here last night. The special Sirloin steak dinner was very much enjoyed by my friend. I had the Salmon & it was done right & very tasty. Tennison was our server and she was great, professional & really sweet. She recommended the gooey chocolate dessert with French Vanilla ice cream & it was amazing.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Columbia. It’s a go to place if you’re in town and want a great meal. I love the chicken nachos and the mojitos here. The service is great and the food is well worth the prices.

Coley’s has the best chicken philly in town and the bartender Kate ensures that your night will be filled with loads of laughs! Good food, good service, and a playlist filled with Adele, what more could you want!

I chose Coleys based on the previous Unilocal reviews I read and I am so happy I did! I was in Columbia for work and went in to try the artichoke cakes and sweet potato tacos. They were both delicious! The bartender Kate recommended the Strawberry jalapeño margarita which was excellent! Kate was very friendly and helpful– will definitely go back next time I am in town!

A smaller restaurant with a menu to match, though everything is prepared with care and is flavourful. Limited seating so large parties might need to reserve a space. They also have outdoor seating when the weather is favourable. People watching a plus from patio. The beer selection is adequate and the wines are always changing and are of good quality. This is a great place for couples or parties or 4. Service is good, even when busy.

We were looking for something different for dinner. Being new to the area we checked out Unilocal& found this place. What a little gem! We were seated right away & I’m surprised they actually had a kids’ menu. My 6 y/o had the chicken tenders & fries. My 12 y/o(nonverbal & autistic) had the classic burger & fries. He actually ate the fries which is a big deal for him. My husband had the bistro steak with asparagus, mashed potatoes & added a side of the pepper jack mac & cheeses. I had the braised beef with caramelized onions & mashed potatoes. We were all very satisfied with our meals. We will be dining again, hopefully soon!

Pretty good place that catered to our group of 20 and was even nice enough to split some checks. For the most part everyone enjoyed their food. My friend raved about his braised beef. I got the artichoke cakes and they were FABULOUS! Looked like crab cakes and were so well fried. Crispy but not oily. Inside was tender and flavorful. Good sauce with it. Fan favorite for sure. My chicken entrée, according to other Unilocal reviews, was supposed to have prosciutto wrapped around the asparagus. Mine was not and I was looking forward to that because cured pork is… ah-mazing. It’s okay though. I thought it would give the dish that extra level. The chicken was tender and the sauce underneath added a lot of depth. It had a nice wine undertone. Clean and pretty inside. Romantic ambiance. I’d recommend this place if you’re already in the area.

I’ve been to nearly every restaurant in Columbia, twice. For Coley’s to have one of the best ratings is just weird. I’ve been here a handful of times and have always felt both quality of service and food were average, at best. Nearly 5 star just doesn’t make any sense. They serve their calamari with buffalo sauce for heavens sake. Their wine selection is nothing impressive. Happy hour is forgettable. Nothing I have ever had or heard of is impressive. It’s not bad, don’t get me wrong, it’s just absolutely unimpressive.

I went here with a large group and had an excellent meal! I ordered the artichoke cakes and a side of the pepper jack mac and cheese. The artichoke cakes are what stand out– what a fun, inventive dish for us vegetarians usually stuck with portobello burgers and hummus somethings. The Mac and cheese was good but not outstanding. The weird thing is, I don’t think I saw prices on the menu, this may have been because I was with a group that payed for dinner, but I’m not sure and I thought it was strange. Everyone else’s food looked awesome and I ate a few French fries off a friends plate that were good and crispy.

Apparently there’s not much in Mexico, MO so we stayed in Columbia where I found this nice little restaurant. We arrived for an early dinner and were not disappointed. The food and service was outstanding. My colleague and I both ordered the chicken special and we’re not disappointed. After a long day, we both ate 99% of our entrées. They offer wine by the glass and bottle. Pay by meter street parking is available. We had no challenge finding a meter, but finding coins was a challenge!

Coley’s has become one of our go-to restaurants for lunch and dinner. The menu isn’t large, but the choices(at least the ones I’ve had so far) are delicious. Can’t go wrong with a salad, especially the Grilled Salmon salad. The nachos are a must, and the pulled chicken sandwich is delicious. Service is usually prompt and professional, and the restaurant is a great size: cozy without feeling cramped.
