Dunkin’ Donuts

Messed up order. Skimped big on coffee and put in a TON of cream. Also took forever. If you’re gonna screw up at least don’t waste our time…

This location is run by 2 indian ladies.
Very poor service.
they messed my coffee and no aplogies.
I dumped the entire coffee into the garbage right in front of them.
They just did not care.
DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE…

It’s okay. There’s usually only one person running the store at a time so it can get slow. But that’s understandable. The coffee here is slightly below average.

This location habitually displays poor cleanliness & customer service. Flies and maggots have been seen flying around the donuts and products on multiple occasions. There is no protective barrier in place to dissuade this. What’s more, the staff members routinely display a blatant disregard to these unwelcome visitors. On another my daughter and I were on our way to the Emergency Room on 11 February 2016. We stopped at this location to get something to eat on the way. Shree P again displayed poor customer service as she was having a side bar conversation with another individual. What’s more she failed to greet us upon reaching the counter. I requested the Sausage Egg & Cheese Combo, Orange juice, & 1 donut. I instead received 2 donuts unbeknownst to me. The servicing representative approached me soon thereafter in stating that he inadvertently gave me 2 donuts instead of one. He then took 1 of the donuts out of the bag and placed it back on the shelf for sales. I received the remainder of my order thereafter excluding the hashbrowns. I expressed that I did not receive my hashbrowns. Shree remarked I only ordered the sandwich. I shook my head, said forget it, walked away in disgust, and hurried to the emergency room. Be very weary of visiting this location.

The staff is generally friendly and the coffee and donuts fresh, however the dining area often needs a cleaning.

This Dunkin Donuts owned by nice Indian people. Inside is kept clean and organized and staff are friendly and nice. Just a standard DD like other ones nothing special as it’s a franchisee!

Friendly, fast, and professional, are just a few words to describe this small Dunkin Donuts. They are friendly to children give a smile to every customer. They would have gotten a higher rating but they don’t accept the coupons that are sometimes offered for my area. But if you want a good apple fritter in a quick turnaround time this is the place to go.

Nice staff for sure but 2 of the 3 times I have been there they messed up my order. One time I ordered coffee without cream and got home to find cream in the coffee. Lots of cream. Ugh. Sucks being lactose intolerant and having this happen. Then another time I ordered coffee without cream and sugar — they got the no cream correct but not the sugar part. Not only was sugar added but a huge amount was added. It was seriously undrinkable.
Maybe I’m unclear when I order but this never seems to happen at any other coffee shop I go to. But again. very nice staff.

This review is all about the service since IMO all Dunkin Donuts are the same for the food. The family that operates this location could not possible be a nicer family. They are always in a good mood, recognize their regulars coming through the door, and take extra care of the seniors (including my father) who frequent them regularly. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Your standard Dunks with good coffee and super fast service. Much better than the one a few miles down the road.
