After eyeing this new addition to my neighborhood for a while, I decided I would check them out online and give them a shot. I found out they are a chain that’s located in lots of large cities. I set up an appointment for a Friday at 930, via email, which is super convenient. The receptionist called and confirmed shortly thereafter. I went in for an eyebrow wax with Jamie. She was awesome. Also, if you’re a new customer, your first eyebrow wax is free. She did a great job and made something that’s super painful a little less so. She was professional, courteous, and respectful. I liked her so much that I scheduled a Brazilian the following week. She did a great job, chatted with me the whole time, and made an experience that is often unpleasant almost fun. The facility is sparkling clean and brand new, everyone is efficient and nice, and the pricing is wonderful. I’ve already scheduled my next wax. Give it a shot! They offer great tailored services for men and women at a competitive price.

My experience here started out great but went downhill. Went in for an eyebrow waxing. Got me in very fast, but had me leaving the facility in tears.
She waxed the same spot. Over and over and over. And over. And over. And over again.
She didn’t even clean them up completely I could have just plucked them myself. I just felt like I just paid to lay down and let someone burn my skin for 10 minutes.
Not only did she keep reapplying piping hot wax on my delicate eyebrow area but she did on my eyelid. The hot wax was burning my already raw eyebrow area (from going over it so many times). I thought it was never going to end. I actually told her it’s ok if she didn’t get all the hair, I just wanted to get out of there! As I got home and took off my makeup, it stung terribly and now I have red, burnt, irritated, raw eyelids and eyebrow bone.
Never again. Be aware of the employee who’s got very dark brown curly hair and multiple ear and cartilage piercings.

This is a great place! Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Very professional! They use the best wax and their technique is wonderful! Lindsey is the best… Always professional, thorough and quick! Ali… Who greets the clients is wonderful as well! Very sweet and professional!

Same day appointment, I had some remaining sessions left over from a package deal that I originally purchased in California. I had almost forgotten! I was a little bit nervous because of the previous bad reviews on Unilocal about this location. However given my positive experiences with euro wax in the past, I decided to get this branch a try. Everything was great! Lindsey was patient, good at her job and took the time to tweeze out the few strays. I like this place because it’s no fuss, clean, and I know what to expect. I’m comfortable with the blue wax and frankly nervous about using traditional wax and strips. I had no idea this just opened, I’m so glad it’s here!

I have no clue why I didn’t read the reviews before I went to EWC! I heard they were doing a promotion and jumped on the chance to get a Brazilian half off. I normally go to Claudias but I was home for the summer so Claudias price would’ve been $ 50.
I was early for my appointment and was taken in right away, which was nice. But after that everything went down hill.
She waxed the same spots over and over and over. She did not wax under my belly button or on my upper thighs like every salon I’ve ever been to.
When I Inspected myself at home I was pissed. It looked and felt like I hadn’t waxed in 2 weeks. There were also patches of hair still intact!
I will never be back. If you are looking to get a Brazilian head to Claudias because I have never ever had an issue with any of their estheticians!

I was thrilled to see it open as I have package deals from TX waiting to be used.
First visit, receptionist is insisting on my drivers license to prove I’m a SC resident. Made no sense. Refused and they were tensed but saw me.
Second visit, I was 10 minutes early. Heather, the receptionist, said not one word about, Vanessa, the owner running behind. When I moved seats, five minutes after appointment was to start, Heather said it will be a couple of minutes. At 15 minutes after, when I got up to leave is when Heather said Vanessa, the owner, got behind on one waxing. I challenged that they double booked which was denied.
It was clear that Vanessa was behind at 11:30 am by at least two customers and probably three.
I hope it’s worth losing business for lack of customer service, double booking and lack of integrity just to tell truth at receiving.

I wanted to love this center because it is clean, convenient to home, the staff were friendly (which is why it earned two stars), but I won’t be back. I left the place with hundreds of little hairs remaining on my lip that I can only see in my car mirror (bright light), wax in the back of my hair (I laughed because my head stuck to my car headrest!), purple clumps near my ears. The woman who worked with me was very nice but I had to ask her to remove several DARK hairs near my brows that the wax didn’t pick up. What was done won’t last because the purple wax is used – it’s the kind that peels off vs. using the old tried and true fabric strips which I prefer. They claim this four step process, it is, but that doesn’t include removing the guck left on your skin after the wax! What a bummer.
