This location was most definitely open on Tuesday, June 2, 2015. The staff were inquisitive but polite about my medical service dog. They were there when I needed help with the style of a particular pair of glasses because I never know what looks good on me and then they left me alone when I know longer needed help. They didn’t hover. All discussions regarding what my insurance would cover were discussed up front before I even started looking at glasses so I would understand what my price range options were. Naturally, I exceeded that range. If you are uncomfortable with or don’t like your glasses, how will you ever feel comfortable and attractive in anything else you put on? I wish I could find my receipt at this moment because the woman who helped me was fabulous! She explained everything quite well; she had a wonderful sense of humor and, I feel she went above and beyond her job description. My current glasses were so crooked that my left eye was gazing out of my bifocal. Even though I didn’t buy my glasses from this location or even Eye Mart in general, she fixed them for me as best she could. She said most Eye Marts would have repaired them for a small or a possibly no fee at all. I can’t say enough about Eye Mart. Their customer service was top notch, most eye-glasses are ready in a day or two barring special orders such as mine. They had a large selection and the prices were reasonable. Great job. Also the optometrist, Dr. Henry Martinez is next to the glasses studio.
