I only have it 1 star bc zero was not an option. No one greeted me when I got there. I literally had to find someone who even remotely looked like they liked their job. I asked how long the wait would be since I had an appointment. The employee pointed to the back and said«check back there». Well after 10 min there was still no one«back there». The other customers waiting who had an appointment said they had been waiting a long time too. When I explained to a man who looked looked manager my situation and told him I needed to cancel, he was happy to accommodate. While I was there 3 others had walked out mad for various reasons.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had with ANY business! I was lured in by the expectation of their ‘wonderful’ deals. I went for a contact & glasses exam. The wait was quite a while and the doctor visit was even worse. He talked for a very long time about his personal life before he even did the eye exam. The exam was extremely short, followed by more talking in length about«the good old days»(I did not initiate nor encourage the conversation.) I spent over an hour in the exam room and another hour waiting for someone to assist me to talk about possibly getting glasses. I waited and watched as the employees chatted. When I would ask the desk lady when could I order my contacts, she would keep telling me that someone would be with me. I finally spoke with an employee who called me by the wrong name and acted like she was clueless to their current deals and what was going on. I began to become hesistant as to whether I should order contacts so I decided to just order the free trial pair that they promised so that I could see if the prescription was the correct one for me to see properly(the whole time I was speaking with this lady a man who I assume was a manager was interviewing a girl and they were gossiping about her previous manager in detail SUPERUNPROFFESIONAL) I was promised no more than five days for the contacts to arrive. It’s been over a week & every time I call them I get told sarcastically to «bear with them» Bottom line is this store is extremely unprofessional. Not one single employee was of help to me. And they are very rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I scheduled an eye exam but had to call and cancel. The next day I kept getting a call from 888−998−3930 in 15 minute intervals. When I answered there was no response. Finally, I called the number back and was greeted by Stanton Optical asking if I was calling to schedule an appointment. I said no and was hung up on. I called back and was greeted by the same man who I informed that I didn’t appreciate him hanging up. When I asked his name he would only give the company name but said he would take me off the«list». I will be using Lens Crafters instead.
