I am so shocked with previous reviews. Today was amazing. They must have read reviews and corrected their mistakes. The attendants were so helpful and patient. They helped me choose a sweater and smiled and greeted me. They were so friendly from the moment you walked in. This is my fav forever around the area. Also a great selection of clothing

If I could give no stars I would. Eunice was the most rude person I have ever met, to my dismay when I asked by to speak to her manager she informed me that she was the store manager, and that there was no customer service number, nor an email, anyway to contact anyone above her. I understand that the store was very busy but her attitude was unacceptable, and so was not handing my card to me, instead essentially tossing my card across the counter and it falling on the floor. She is horribly rude and I will no longer shop in the brand at all

Store is not friendly or helpful. My daughter received a gift card for Christmas except the gift card was lost. We had the receipt with gift card # and amount. The only thing the associate would do is confirm that the gift card was purchased and not used, but would not re-issued the card for use. Just said, «sorry, but there is nothing I can do» I would never shop here again. It’s just not worth it.

I’ve gone to this Forever 21 for years solely based on the price, and sometimes they have cute clothes. The sizes generally vary, so a Medium in one style of shirt is not the same cut in another style of shirt. When you find an item here, its usually an inexpensive gem, but its often hard to go through the merchandise because the store is usually in complete disarray. Often what they have displayed on the mannequins in the front windows have been sold out in the store, so what initially draws you in isn’t available. On the weekends the lines for the waiting rooms and to check out are ridiculous. The staff is usually aloof and uninterested, often complaining about something to one of the other coworkers, although the last time I was there a very nice girl helped me get some items off of an overhanging wrack. All in all, the price is right, but the service and store condition are wrong…

Four days after Christmas and it looks like the holiday spirit has officially left Forever 21. My sister, knowing that I adore the chain, bought both me and my husband gifts from there this season. My husband really liked his cardigan, but alas — it was too big. I was just going to return it to the catalog, but I realized that postage was not included on the return slip and decided I would just go to the store and get a gift card instead so I could re-purchase the same cardigan online. I had never seen men’s clothing in the stores, so I didn’t even know their line existed. Being right after Christmas, of course the store was packed, but I waited patiently in the line until I got to the front. Once I did, a cute blonde clerk got ready to process my return when all of a sudden, the manager Eunice intervened and said that they did not carry men’s clothing here and instructed me to go to the Towson location(50 miles from my house and more than an hour’s drive) instead to return it there since they carried men’s clothing there. I told her that I should be able to return it at any location as Forever 21 was a chain. She said that technically I could return it there, but then proceeded to say that«customers understand that we do not carry men’s clothing and that they should go to Towson to return it instead.» I told her that I did NOT understand and that, as a businesses, she should process the return and then they can send the merchandise over to the other store. My first few jobs in high school and college were in retail, so I know that this is common practice and part of monthly inventory protocol. It’s really no big deal. In fact, one of my jobs was working for Victoria Secret back in the day and we would get clothing returns from the catalog from time to time, issue a store credit on a store gift card, and return the clothing to the catalog as a service to our customers. I explained this to Eunice(and told her that Towson was very far from me) who then snapped back, «Well, we are not Victoria Secret.» No ish, Sherlock! LOL! Anywhoo, she began to process my return, but of course with a major scowl on her face. As she walked away to another register, I had to apologize to the poor blonde clerk who had to witness her manager’s piss poor display of horrible customer service. I know it must have been terribly awkward for her and she was just trying to do her job. In the end, my return was indeed processed and the right thing was done, but it was like pulling teeth to get it done. It’s rare that I take the time to write such a lengthy review about a chain location, but hopefully this will be helpful to someone else. There are too many locations for Forever 21 to deal with this sort of thing. I love the Mall at Columbia, but I will be skipping this Forever 21 location forever more.
