SLOW. I was here once and there was nobody in front of me and it took them 20 minutes just to get my paperwork squared away. Another time they only did 3 of the six tests that were ordered. I have always had to wait a long time to get blood drawn. If there are two people in front of you expect to wait an hour. Very Disorganized and poorly managed. It makes Quest seem like a 5 star facility.

Worst lab ever. I can’t believe I have been here more than once – only due to the convenience of location. But I will never be back. The woman at the reception area is obtuse and clearly enjoys taking her time and barking orders at patients. She enjoys having the power to make people wait. Does that sound harsh or mean? It’s absolutely true. I’ve witnessed it many times so it isn’t like she just had a bad day. I just went in for a 3-hour fasting glucose test, and after waiting for 50 minutes for her to even take my insurance card, I got up, told her off, and left. There were two people in the waiting room. Seriously? It takes 50 minutes to get 3 people signed in? I don’t think so. So I went across the street to another Quest, was seen right away and had zero problems.

My most recent experience at this lab was pretty bad. I arrived early so I was in line when they opened. After more that 25 minutes they had checked in 1 client. When I asked how long I could expect to wait before getting seen I was told ’ you need to just sit down and wait it can take 45 minutes to get checked in.’ I was 4th in line. After waiting more that 45 minutes I was finally called to the window to hand over my ID and medical card. Then told to sit back down. Finally I was called back to the desk and asked questions to complete the forms in their ‘new’ system(i’d been to this lab before and never had to wait so long). Then finally called back. The woman checking people in has no business working with the public she was rude to every person who asked her a question. You could see her coworkers were embarrassed by the way she spoke to people. The phlebotomist was nice, professional and prompt — once I finally got back there. I have three doctors in this complex and I intend to tell each of them about my experience.
