In November of 2015 while driving from Washington State to Kentucky we stopped in at Larrys boots. Wow! 10000 pairs of boots, and then some. I had never been in a boot shop like this before, the owning many pair of boots I had never purchased a pair of «cowboy /cowgirl» boots. I was excited. The sad part about this trip is that I got absolutely no foot service at all whatsoever, I even ask the sales lady several times telling her look, tennis shoe kind of gal I’m not sure what to look for in sizing for these types of boots, I was told look for a slip in the heel. Not once did she offer to feel where my toes were where my heel was whether the shoe was tight or loose excetera and so on. After trying to put on several pairs of boots and not completely understanding about the correct fit, I picked out a pair that my foot would slide right in and out of. when I got home from my road trip, and went to wear my boots; wild trying them out around the house I discovered they are absolutely huge. I wear a shoe size about a seven and a half maybe an 8 in a boot. so that’s what I went with. I went online to see about the correct fitting of cowboy boots only to find out that I should buy them almost a size smaller due to the fact that they stretch and mold to the shape of your foot. This would have been super fantastic to know while I was in the shop asking for help from the sales lady. So I contacted Larry’s boots and after explaining the situation, the manager sharon has agreed to do an exchange… so I ship the boot back the third week of November. So here it is almost third week of January and I have just gotten my boot. With tons of confusion, lost paper works, and after many times of me telling her my name(she still never even got it right). Not even on the shipping box… I got my boots. Thank you. Work with your employees on customer service, I should have never left your store with an improper fitting boot. Considering it is your specialty.

Very large, clean store with over 10,000 pair of boots– plus a lot more. Friendly staff, and lots to choose from.

Clean and organized. Prices commiserate with other places with parking for rigs that cater to the drivers who would like to take a gift or two home and can’t easily shop and are used to paying more. The rent for these buildings is usually more, so some of that is understandable. They have a really huge selection of boots. If I didn’t prefer tennies, I’d probably shop here. They also have clothing and belt buckles and other western and biker stuff. I’m into neither, despite being a redneck, but its still fun to look.

While the person helping us was very nice, the person in charge the night we went in was not. While we were looking at boots for me, my husband & one of my boys, my 3 boys were looking at the toys in the store. They had a cheap(in quality) guitar there. My son, who is taking guitar, took it out & was playing it & one string broke. I let the person helping us know so they could take it off the floor. After she rung up our items(over $ 200), she pulls out the guitar & tells us we have to buy it. We ended up only buying that guitar because that was just crazy! I get that we might have to pay for a statue that they broke(that didn’t happen), but a cheap toy!!! I asked if we bought it and took it home & it broke, would they return it ANDTHEYWOULD! Does that make ANY sense!!! It was so cheap it didn’t make it out of the store, but had it made it out in one piece & then broke they would return it. It makes NO sense. If you are looking for a store with good customer service & business sense, this is not the place. I wish I would have checked here before we stopped. They chose to lose a customer & a sale over a cheap toy they could have returned to the company because it was junk! Ended up buying our boots on Amazon for less.
