Staff member extremely helpful. He understood what I wanted and price was an issue. He made me feel comfortable in store I would usually dread. However, though I made a purchase, the cap was not exactly what I wanted. Shortly after I noticed another store where they had the exact thing I wanted at about the same price. The salesman cheerfully refunded my hat and I never felt so badly returning something.
If I never need another cap I will definitely go there first. .
This was at the Mall in Columbia Maryland.

Lids is located in the Columbia Mall and offered a great selection of hats to pick from. They also had a custom hat machine that was available upon request. The staff was nice and didn’t make you feel like you couldn’t stand there and think about what you wanted. The hats come in different sizes and there are many to pick from. There is a mirror available to check how the hat looks on you. The prices were reasonable for quality hats.
