Slowest ever!!! Line is always wrapped around the building and always takes at least 15 min in the drive thu.

What is the deal with the drive-​thru system here?!? Took over 15 minutes just to get a simple order. Yet I got home and ended up with only 9 nuggets in my 10 piece meal and Coca Cola in my sweet tea cup. And on top of that, they are really stingy with the sauces now. SMH!

Ok, over 10 minutes sitting in drive thru line and still haven’t ordered. This is ridiculous! What is going on inside at 11:30pm? Should be run like its 11:30am! Is the manager even aware of this at night? This is not acceptable and I hope it improves.

1. Slowest service — it took 20 minutes for me to get a McChicken and fries
2. Disorganized management — employees are lost and do not know what to do when it gets busy. The manager does not direct or lead the employee. Employees just look around and blankly stare at walls, machines, etc when they could have taken orders from 2 – 3 customers.
3. Unresponsive employees — it takes at least 5 minutes before I could get a sauce or place an order.

Typical McDonald’s in The People’s Republic of Columbia. Barely competent employees with terrible language, no charisma, and very likely illiterate. When I hear the news reports about how McDonald’s doesn’t pay a living wage and how difficult life is for people who must subsist on a McDonald’s salary, I feel really bad and I want to help. Then, I visit a McDonald’s like this and I see that these people are overpaid given their performance.

Ordered drive-​thru, and they forgot my kid’s chocolate milk for his happy meal, which we missed.
They also tried to forget our salad, which we did catch. Nice try, shady ass McDonald’s. Last time we come back here.

The food is decent but the staff is quite unfriendly and some members are rude.

I never knew you had to pay for sauces to begin with, but apparently THIS mcdonalds has a packaged deal exclusively with sauces and mcnuggets.
So hiring some witch with dried out fire hydrant red hair and too much makeup just to tell me «you didn’t get mcnuggets so you have to pay $.77 for the sweet and sour» is really, really shitty.
I’m not bitching about Ronald McDonald’s daughter who refused me of my sauces, she’s just doing her minimum wage job. I’m pissed at how cheap this company has become. If it’s wrong to whine, then I guess I’m an that asshole ignorant customer, but I didn’t know mcdonalds got so Jewish that they make you PAY for their sauces when Chic-​fil-​a and Taco Bell practically throw them like mardi gras beads.
MCDONALDS ARE YOU REALLY SO BROKE THAT YOU HAVE TO CHARGE $.77 FOR A SAUCE PACKET?!
I really didn’t think you could possibly scrape any more change from my center console but I guess schemes are schemes and I’ll just have to stock up on my free Polynesian and fire sauces to compensate your greediness.

Hit or miss. Mostly miss. Almost every time I go through drive thru, they have always seemed to miss at least 1 of the things I’ve ordered or outright have my order wrong.
But when I go inside and eat there, it’s better. Usually…
Food comes out at a fairly slow pace but it’s at least warm when it comes out which is a plus.
Also watch out on how much they charge you. You might find yourself paying a dollar or 2 more than what you’ve initially ordered. Doesn’t sound much right? But it adds up.
Aside from all that, the place isn’t too bad. I believe they’ve gotten rid of those who weren’t effective in the restaurant business.

Drive thru line was very busy so i decided to park my car into the parking lot and check out the interior and write a review about it!
Inside is clean with lots of seating and so many customers during the breakfast! My order was taken pretty quickly then was ready is less than 3 min!
Employees were kinda polite and knew hot to deal with customer with respect!
I think steak egg and cheese biscuit was better than the one with bagel I enjoyed my visit!

This has to be the most careless McD’s drive-​thru anywhere. Always, and I mean always, check you order for the correct items and amounts. Asked for chocolate shake, got vanilla. Asked for honey mustard sauce, got sweet&sour. Shake but no straw. Asked for fries, didn’t get them. On and on and on it goes. Always check and always always complain about this shoddy service.

They seem to be under new management as the staff is very welcoming and quick to respond to customer needs. Several times I’ve been greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I also noticed that there is someone ready to take my order immediately. Very efficient lately. Hope they keep it up.

I’m not satisfied with there customer service but the food is usually fresh.

It’s only McDonalds but this is one of my fave locations. The food is always fresh & hot.

This particular location makes the food very well and very consistently. we’ve been her many times in the past few years and it’s always been good, especially compared to other nearby Mcdonalds. The employees seem happier that most other Mcdonald’s that I’ve ever been too. If you have a craving for McD’s, this is a good one.

This is a pretty good McDonalds location. It’s right off of 100, it has a Red Box machine for movie rentals, and it’s open ²⁴⁄₇. In this area, unless you want to head up to the diners on Rte. 40, it’s one of the only late night dining options around.
I’ve used the bathrooms a bunch of times and they’re pretty clean. They’ve only messed up my order a handful of times and have always corrected the problems so I’m fine with that. Mostly this McD’s is just very convenient because of the location and hours.
