I love P.F. Chang’s BEFORE I went gluten-free and AFTER I became gluten-free. One of my friends and I went to P.F.Chang’s this past weekend and my experience was wonderful. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease over a year ago which has made dining out challenging. I was well taken care of by Salam(server), Christine(bartender) and the manager. When I spoke to Salam about my dining needs, she took it seriously and elevated it to the manager. The manager came and spoke with me and was very kind. I was able to order for the gluten-free menu and all the food was great. Additionally, I wanted to engage in the spirits and was able to do so. The bartender, Christine was knowledgeable about what drinks did or did not have gluten. She made two different drinks for me and they were great!!! I cannot say how happy I was about my dining experience. I did not get sick at all while I was there or 24 hours later. This is why they got 5 stars from me. GF dessert was yummy! :-) But they need more GF dessert options. I plan on also placing a review on FindMe Gluten-Free website.

Not too sure if it was just the service or the new changes done here. The food might I say was delicious and the service was great! But there are some changes in which I am not sure is restaurant changes or just my server forgetting a couple of things. So initially my server Karen asked if I would like brown rice or white and I stated brown, minutes later I was given white rice from a server stating«we don’t have brown here». Well that was strange… so I seen a couple tables had the custom sauce and recalled my previous encounters at Pf Changs the waiters would usually provide the custom sauce for the customers. When I asked my waitress about it she stated the sauce is only provided by request now… but I’m curious if it is request only how are people supposed to know there is such? Dessert time came, I seen another table who got their display table which provided options(visual display). Well when I asked my waitress what my options were I got a menu which was very difficult considering that I was sharing with another person we wanted to see the size of the dessert to make sure it was shareable. Unfortunately it wasn’t…not too sure what is going on with Pf Changs but it usually is a great place to dine in. I’m not sure if these are changes within the franchise or just a waitress who picked and choose but as a once loyal customer I feel as if this establishment may loose more business from others and from me and my friends as well. This place used to be well known for their customer service, not sure what happened.

I meet my girlfriends here last night for dinner. We had reservation so there was no wait. We had great seating and a friendly server. We all have different diets and the menu was accommodating for everyone. We all enjoy our food and service was great.

We received a very small quantity of food. Having eyes, we can see what other local residents are getting. A whole LOT of food. Never did i see a single ‘local’ table getting small quantities of food, the proportions were large. All tables also received fortune cookies, while we didn’t. It was the same server. While we were told the cookies were over, it obviously wasn’t. I sure hope it wasn’t something to do with us being foreigners.

This PF Changs always hits the spot! They recently redid their seating layout and revamped the menu which is a win. The key to success is their PF Changs chicken noodle soup(see posted pic) this is hands down the best chicken noodle soup EVER! Me and my husband can live off it, if you’ve never had it you MUST give it a try! I love a lot of their dishes but these are my go to’s– Appetizers — - — Changs Chicken Noodle Soup — Lettuce Wraps — Crab Wontons Main Course — - — Mongolian Beef(so flavorful & delicious!) — Korean BBQ Chicken stir fry(nice kick!) — Long Life Noodles & Prawns(the prawns are HUGE and the noodles are in a buttery garlic sauce so good!) — Orange Peel Chicken — Spicy Green Beans Dessert — - — Banana Spring Rolls. The pineapple ice cream that comes with this is next level Drinks — - I love getting their Ginger Beer!(see posted pic) so refreshing with a ton of real ginger! Side Note for Take Out– like I said earlier my husband and I could live off of the Changs chicken noodle soup! We almost always get the soup for take out. There was one incidence where I glanced in the bag to make sure everything was in there and on the way home I started feeling hot soup come out of the bag! We had to pull over and discovered the lids were not fully on and also noticed we were missing a side dish. We drove back and they were happy to replace the soup and side dish free of charge. Moral of the story– always thoroughly check your to go orders! :)

I love this place. Awesome food and great staff. Waiter was attentive and the atmosphere made it more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the chicken lettuce wraps and the Szechuan beef entrée. Delicious!

Sometimes before a long day of shopping I like to stop for a good meal. I’m not the type of girl that has issue eating along so I head into one of my favorite Asian themed chained restaurants. The ladies at the hostess stand were super nice and inviting as I walked in. When I told her one she attempted to seat me in a weird little dining area off to the side where I would be eating along(–1 star). I politely asked to be moved. We went over to the main dining area where I promptly waited 10 mins before I had to flag someone down to get a waitress for me(- another star). Once the staff started paying attention to me things got better. I’ve had so many things on the menu I wouldn’t even know where to start with the food. At this location I’ve only had the crispy honey chicken which is one of my favorite meals from them. It came out pretty quickly and the waitress was almost overcompensating for the beginning I swear she checked on me every 5 minutes. Overall the food is great(which is expected) but the service could be better.

I’ve never made Chinese food before but I can do better Eat somewhere else, Service was great however Chinese food should be cooked by the Chinese the food was awful. Even the pepper hot pepper was nasty. The average carry out in the ghetto would have been ten times better. Nice building

I gave this place two stars because our server was really cool and attentive. The lettuce wraps and jicama tacos were good. But our Chang’s spicy chicken came out looking like another tables leftovers. The plate looked so messy, sauce all over the sides, chicken was pushed over to the side and unevenly distributed. It looked very disrespectful and unappetizing. The manager came over, stumbled all over his words and put words into my mouth, which angered me. He didn’t seem to have too much experience in customer service. We left very unsatisfied. Could have easily gotten much better service elsewhere.

Totally not busy. Was able to walk in and be seated for a party of 4. Drink order was taken and we were on our way. After reviewing the menu I noticed that not only was it new but the prices were kicked as well. We started with a dynamite shrimp appetizer that was 10.95 and there were 8 shrimp on my plate. Sooooo disappointed. Placed our entrée order of shrimp with lobster sauce and it was hideous. The sauce was brown(which should be more clear) and it smelled like wet puppy(per my husband) 2 orders of crispy honey shrimp and crispy beef schezuan(which was sorely under plated) with a side of shrimp fried rice. This visit may be few and far between for our family. With the price hike and sub-par food I will find a new place to visit.

Everything was great. Service and food. Started with Lettuce wraps — yumm Scallop Sushi roll was spot on. We were too full to eat our cod fish pot but tasted it and was very good too.

Ask for Ashley, she’s the best. She recommended the pork tacos as an appetizer and to my surprise it was pretty good. My go to entrée is always the Chang’s Spicy Chicken with brown rice. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten anything else, ha. The sauce can be pretty heavy, so don’t mix all of it with your rice or else you’ll probably get sick of it. Ask for the trio sauce because they don’t bring it out anymore. I always dip my chicken into the soy sauce+mustard mix. Yum! Oh and also prepare to drink lots of water because you’ll be dehydrated later from all the sodium!

I’ve been going to this location for years. As time has gone on the service has gone downhill. It is a large location however if you go any time during a normal meal time expect a wait. The front desk staff are uninviting and is not what you want to see when you first come in to a restaurant. Since it is at the mall parking is very difficult to come by. Servers are hit and miss here. Some are very attentive however most are very difficult to track down. Moving on to speak on the food. I do you love the food here. It is the main reason that I come back time again. My favorite items include the crab rangoon’s, the chicken lettuce wraps, the egg drop soup and most of the chicken dishes. They also have pretty good dessert menu. What I really like is that they offer small shot like size desserts.

This is a better choice than a local Chinese restaurant because of the visible standards, clean and good handling practices are visibly followed. The food is good though less than exciting. The service is good.

The service was great. The food was not so good. We stopped for a quick meal on a Sunday night after leaving the movies. We ordered the stir fry string beans and lobster fried rice and both were lukewarm. The lobster fried rice was more like fried lobster on a bed of white rice. We sent it back and ordered the chicken tacos which were okay but definitely nothing to order again. The chicken lettuce wraps were tasty as usual, however it seems like they decreased the portion size of the chicken and increased the portion of lettuce on the plate. All in all a disappointing experience.

Stopped here for lunch on Sunday and decided to sit outside because it was such a beautiful day. I ordered a Mai Tai and the gluten free changs spicy chicken with brown rice and my boyfriend just wanted the kale and quinoa dip appetizer. My order is generally my go-to as it’s good and filling. The service was slow, had to ask for gluten free soy sauce when they normally bring out the selection of sauces or bring GF once I order something off that menu. My entrée size seemed to be smaller than the other times I’ve ordered it… maybe it was because someone in the kitchen wasn’t paying attention? The Kale & Quinoa dip was really interesting and good. Nice to see them changing up the menu a bit

I have been to this location several times and have never had a bad experience. I hadn’t been here in a while and was craving the crab wontons, so my friend and I visited. Service: Top notch! Our waiter provided the best service. He was very attentive and offered his opinion on several of the menu items. We never had to ask for refills on our drinks… He was kind of like a stealthy drink ninja! Food: We’d been eating out a lot recently, so today’s trip was all about the bang for buck. So once we saw the«Chang’s for Two» menu, it was like we struck gold! –wonton soup: Was as I expected it to be… however, they had shrimp in it. I’ve never had it like that before, but it was tasty. Nice surprise. –Crab wontons: As always… these are so good! Crunchy edges and just enough filling! –Crispy honey chicken/crispy honey shrimp: Not too much batter, sweet, crunchy. It wasn’t anything to write home about though. –Banana spring rolls with coconut pineapple ice cream and fresh berries: This dessert item isn’t on the«Chang’s for Two,» but it comes at a lower price when ordered with the meal. Like the crab wontons, this particular dessert is another reason why I like this place. The spring rolls are crunchy and warm and drizzled with honey. The ice cream had pieces of toasted coconut and pineapple in it. My friend was loving this so much that he wanted a whole tub to take home! The fresh berries help to tie everything together. All in all, we got what we wanted from PF’s that night… satisfying food for a good value. Would definitely come back to this location again.

It had been awhile since visiting PF Chang’s and wouldn’t you know we chose the first day of their brand new menu for our most recent trip. They weren’t very busy for an early Wednesday lunch but our server was very polite, personable and attentive. I could have easily eaten the entire plate of the crabmeat wontons; they were crispy but light and yummy. I was also happy that the calorie content was no where near the usual chain restaurant lunch. My only complaint was that my dish was lacking serverly with the chicken/shrimp to noodle ratio. My husband experienced the same with his dish. I think I found 2 small shrimp in mine. Also, they went way too heavy on the curry. I took my leftovers home and stir fried it with some cabbage and personally found it much better in both texture and flavor. Pretty expensive for a normal weekday lunch, especially for how skimpy some aspects of the dishes are, but definitely something I get a craving for randomly.

Pretty good Americanized Chinese food… can get food n drinks at bar as well. Getting the bartender’s attention might take a while when they are busy.
