Papa John’s Pizza

The toppings were not spread out. They were concentrated in the center. Poor quality control.

The Pizza here always arrives cold! I ordered pizza and love it be hot not damn cold! Give yourself a favor order the Pizza from another pizza shop if you want the pizza delivered to your house! Otherwise I don’t see a problem to order ahead of the time and Pick it up at the store!
Note: If you choose pick-​up option be prepared that employees there are not friendly! So just head there pick up your order and walk back to your car!

This place will not be getting my business again. Who serves cold pizzas in 2013???

Ordered a pizza from my local PJ’s tonight. Took twice as long as originally stated (over an hour — I live within walking distance). Was as cold as can be. Oh, and it looks like it was carried vertically the entire time.
Absolutely disgraceful. When I called the store (after the 2 minute advertisement I had to sit through just to talk to someone) the manager couldn’t have cared less. Didn’t bother to even call the driver to give me my money back.
I DROVE TO THE STORE to hand them this abysmal «pizza» back and to get my money. The only thing the manager said to me was «Oh, wow.» No apology. No offer to make it right. Nothing.
I will never order from another Papa John’s again and I will tell others to follow suit. Shameful.

I only like this place for the garlic sauce that goes on the pizza. Once again I ordered an extra garlic sauce for .75 cents but I did not receive it. This happened twice before so I called about it this time. Making a complaint can help. I was given a medium cheese pizza for my inconvenience. Now I feel better about it. I will order again from here.

I’m literally three minutes from them (according to google maps) and the kid on the phone sounded too lazy to figure out the address. Out of towner just wanted sine pizza
